no one answers the phones, and on top of that every time i call to make a payment I have to fight the billing office for "other charges" and they always find out its "incorrect". Infertility is exhausting in every sense, so to deal with this on top of this I feel so done with all of it.

I was a patient of Aspire for several years and had many failed cycles. Dr. Balthazar was always so helpful with the best best side manner. She never gave up on us and always researched and tried so hard for us. I will always appreciate all she did for us throughout those years. Our nurses were Amy and Lisa which also provided the best care and always made us feel at ease. I just had my baby girl a month ago and it is all due to Dr. Balthazar and her efforts to make our dream came true. If you're looking for a caring team that will do all they can to achieve your dream, I highly recommend Dr. B at Aspire.

I wish I could comment on the actual service but never got a chance to use them because you can never get anyone on the phone!!!! I've called multiple times to schedule a new patient appointment and was left on hold for 20+ 30+ minutes before finally giving up! I filled out the online email had someone call me and missed the call, immediately tried to call back and again no answer only hold music! Very frustrating... I'll stick with Texas Fertility clinic who answered immediately and was able to book us an appointment quickly

If you can get somebody to answer the phone at that place, it would be a great first start. I’ve been calling for over two weeks now and just cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I’ve been in the office several times before with a friend and they are never that busy to where they can’t just pick up the phone and at least put you on hold.

Dr. Failor, her nurse Erica, and everyone else on the team was absolutely amazing to work with during our entire process. We were successful with our first IVF attempt and this team was so positive and supportive the whole journey. We look forward to working with them again for baby #2 :)

I have been under the care of Aspire Fertility for the past few years. I am beyond thankful for Dr. Balthazar, Lisa, and every member of the Aspire team. Every visit, the team was extremely welcoming and helpful in navigating the IVF process. When I had questions, the team was very responsive and helpful. Graduating from Aspire was bittersweet - we were so happy to finally be pregnant but so sad to leave a wonderful group.
