Two friends who used Avenue Home Care recommended them to me for my father, and his Hospice provider also spoke highly of their services. I was extremely happy with the care my father received. The CNA’s were professional, reliable, and always willing to adjust to his schedule and needs. I felt at ease knowing they were with him overnight, and he was comfortable having them stay in his apartment. If I need help again, I will definitely contact them!

Overall they have been very good. We have been using the company for a few years off and on. The majority of interactions with various staff have be good to great. On occasion there have been a few folks who didn’t live up to expectations but the company quickly resolved any problems. I would recommend them.

I am so very thankful for the amazing care my dad received from many folks at Avenues. First and foremost, for Maria Pappalardo. She is truly an angel! I will be forever grateful for her constant care and devotion to making sure every team member who worked with my father was top notch. I cannot say enough great things about her!! Thank you to Sabrina for juggling the ever-changing schedule of care for my dad, with diligence, kindness, and compassion. And thank you, finally, to each of the ladies who spent so many hours caring for and hanging out with my dad: Genisis, Deanna, Chasity, Divine, Irene, Brianna, and a few others. Your kindness, patience, respect, and sensitivity to his needs, gave him dignity and comfort throughout a difficult time. 5 really BIG stars!!!

I have had the pleasure of working closely with Ms. Rubi for some time now. I can tell you that she cares and will do everything that is within her power to help. The support and care that she provides to patients and caregivers on a daily basis is something that everyone working in the field should strive to achieve. Avenues Home Care is a fantastic company that provides wonderful Home Care services to familes that need it, the reason that I recommend this company is because of employees like Ms. Rubi.

The Avenues team helped us out after my mom returned home from a couple of hospital visits. Sabrina was an our scheduler and was extremely flexible, understanding and always made sure we had caregivers in place to assist my mom while she recovered. Georgette was the nurse that assessed my mom and the level of genuine care, concern, follow up was beyond what I expected. And all of the caregivers were great. The entire experience working with Avenues was so helpful and took a lot of stress off of me in making sure my mom was well taken care of. I’ve used them on more than one occasion wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again if needed, as they’ve provided consistent, reliable, and affordable services.
