Dr. Balldin is awesome! I returned to his practice after he workedon my right knee, he seemed familiar with my file and did a thorough work up on my left knee. He is personable. His office staff for the most part didn’t really show concern and felt like just a number, but Dr. Balldin is worth passing through his staff. Some of the office staff never even acknowledged me after taking my insurance card. I thought this would be different at a second location, no same treatment. I understand this is a larger group office but minimum conversation and no eye contact.(shrugging) on the bright side, they seem to have a good process. I can only hope that Dr. Balldin and his surgical staff are still as compassionate as in 2019. Here is to hoping others have a more pleasant office experience.

Nice office. Very prompt attention when I arrived. Taken back to start my appointment quickly. Everyone was nice, professional, courteous. Saw the doctor quickly. Good consultation and resolution to my problem which involved some treatment there at the office. Happy to answer my questions.

Doctor Balldin gave me my life back. Both knees were bone on bone. My right knee was locked, couldn’t bend it. I was in pain all the time. But after one year and two total knee replacements with Doctor Balldin, I’m back to gardening, walking, even doing some boxing and jiu-jitsu. I owe it all to Doctor Balldin, TSAOG’s group of nurses, Physical Therapists—an incredible group of people there at Ridgewood in San Antonio Texas. It was hard to say goodbye.
