List of Baptist Neighborhood Hospital - Hausman's Reviews
Myself and my children have used yall ever since yall opened this location and I just want it noted whoever the receptionist/girl that was working the front 12/22/21 at aprox 6 pm was just EXTREMELY HORRIBLE AND RUDE TO MY EX WIFE when she brought our daughter in there for being sick. Don't know all the particulars but the girl was TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE!!
Emergency Visit on July 13, 2021. They say they ran 18 lab test, plus X-rays but I never saw anything. I waited for almost 1.5 hours and gave up and checked myself out. They charged my insurance over $15K and settled with the insurance for just over $3K. Strange but still a lot of money for nothing. I neither felt confident nor taken care of during this visit.
Always SO clean. Friendly staff. In and out within a timely manner. I would recommend to anyone.
This place will rob you! I took my son here he cracked his head open playing with his brother. We were there no more then an hour. He received 3 staples and was sent on his way. They have billed me almost $500 on top of my copay for 3 freakin staples. I wish I had took the time to read the reviews. Stay far far away from here!
Beware of up charges here! Walked in for an infection in my toe, Dr. came in, gave a diagnosis, wrote script, whole thing took 20 min from walk in to leaving. Super simple case of cellulitis. Billing was $487 for the Dr (this I can understand) but the coding for a level 3 visit at $1,547.97 is absolutely ridiculous if not illegal. At most this was a level 1 visit with zero tests, complications, labs, etc. For the last two months I have attempted to speak with billing and/or coding with no response. I have requested an itemized ICD-10 bill, with zero response. Just another case of a healthcare facility over billing because it’s impossible to fight! If I could zero stars I would…
Went there and they diagnosed me with something that I didn’t have. Also prescribed me antibiotics that didn’t even help. Let’s not even mention the doctor didn’t do anything but look at the womb. I have a medical bill for 800 dollars for nothing. It was literally a long wait for a short service that lasted 3 min
I’ve come to this hospital several times in the past few years, and every time I am more than happy to drive across town and pay my ridiculous $250 copay for the quality of care that I receive. I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes to be seen, the facility is so clean and comfortable, the doctors are fantastic, and I always leave with my issues completely resolved (stitches, migraines, uncontrollable nausea, etc.) Highly recommend, unless you don’t have insurance, because it is an emergency room with emergency prices.
My blood pressure went up when I saw the new banner, " Baptist Neighborhood Hospital". I have tried for 20 years to get rid of a contagious skin infection on my feet, hands, & arm. I have been unable to work, and it now hurts to hold a book! My retirement will be dismal. Each doctor loves to reassure me that it is nothing, since I will only need to go to another doctor when the pain becomes unbarable. This hospital was no different. I prayed that they might stop their idiot routine and help me, because my husband was having a heart attack. No such luck. I was charged $1500 for less than 15 minutes, for a lidocaine subscription!!!It is comforting to know that they will burn in hell, but unbarable that they pass themselves off as Baptists doctors
Do not come here if you care about your life.
Really bad experience here would never recommend the doctor was rude and sarcastic, the only person who seemed genuine was the receptionist.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
