List of Baptist Neighborhood Hospital - Overlook's Reviews
Doctor and nurses were very kind. Answered all my questions.
THEY HELPED SAVE MY LIFE. I THOUGHT IT WAS STREP BUT THEY SAID IT WAS EPPOGLATITUS AND IT WAS SWELLING IN MY THROUT. IT WAS JULY 4TH. NO ENT DOCS ON CALL AND NO HOSPITAL ROOMS AVAILABLE. DOCTOR IN CHARGE FOUND ENT FRIEND, HE FOUND ROOM.GOD BLESS DOCTORS AND NURSES.
Nurse was nice and understanding she was also very nice with my kids. Dr was very rude and had no concern for my pain.. she just told me “I should get the covid vaccine” like that is not why I’m coming in then proceeded to say my kids should go out in the front because they are hyper.. she didn’t even act like a doctor SHE ACTED STUCK UP because she’s a “doctor” she looked me up and down VERY RUDE!!! ANYWAYS.. the nurse was so much more helpful. I was never prescribed anything was told just to take Tylenol which didn’t help. So I went to another doctor and was diagnosed with chronic migraines and was finally prescribed something to ease my pain along with medication for my nausea. ‼️DONT COME HERE‼️
DONT COME HERE! Doctors are VERY RUDE AND JUDGMENTAL.
The staff were great! My nurses were the best! Baptist health saved my life from covid! Im grateful for all the extra little things the nurses did for me.Terry,Mari,Paul,Tina, and Maria thank you again. Thank you for saving my life!
I have been here several times in the past couple of months for the same issue. I have been having trouble with dizziness and dehydration caused by other things I will not discuss. I am a disabled veteran that takes quite a few medications for mental illness. The doctor left the door open and the first thing he said was “this has got to stop! You have been here a lot in the past two months. We obviously are not equipped to help people like you”! He went on to say that I take a lot of medications and he can see that I probably need them. I have never felt so uncomfortable and felt so embarrassed in my life. This was all with the door open. I will never return. A complaint has been filed.
Absolutely horrible. As I was extremely on edge and sad because of my visit, a specific nurse, although I do not know her name was horrific. She was snappy and had attitude the whole time to me and my loved one who was being treated. I was also yelled at when trying to get a drink of water. Aside from a very nice nurse guy, they are rude. Don’t even bother wasting your time here.
They are very kind and they treat you with respect and they make sure that any pains that you have they make sure that it's dealt with and took in care of and there one priority is your health and to make sure that you leave feeling comfortable comfortable and healthy
overcrowded
I came in for left ear pain. They gave me antibiotics for an ear infection, but ignored the pain. Every hospital I’ve ever been to before gave me medication to ease the pain (even if it was Tylenol), but they gave me lidocaine (which doesn’t work!) I expressed the lidocaine does not work and they said “there is nothing we can do for you”.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
