This place was amazing! Everyone was attentive and kind from when I first walked in, to when I was seen by the Dr.I was extremely nervous because I hate hospitals but a nurse by the name John,instantly became my bestfriend.haha. He cracked jokes,was thorough with explaining why he was taking this test or checking for that and then the Dr came in and forget about it! She was so kind and very personable,funny.I honestly in my 43 years in life with dealing with medical staff never experienced this level of care.I am surprised this place has 3 stars.

It is required for you guys to list the prices of your procedures BY LAW for your hospital! If you have this link please provide it where patients can have easy access to it. Stop trying to price gouge sick people for procedures that they can get somewhere else and for a cheaper price.

The most attentive, compassionate care I’ve received in an emergency room. Period. They listened to my concerns, we’re understanding and gave me full explanations on everything relating to my care and typical procedures. Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond.

My wife came in to be treated for allergies a month ago. The staff were excellent and very professional. She was treated well, and was in and out quick. I recommend Baptist Emergency Hospital - Shavano Park to anyone looking for treatment.

Horrible experience, DO NOT GO! The nurses and doctors will talk about you, laugh and make fun of you saying your personal information including your name, age, and medical history in ear shot of YOU and all other patients. When confronted, only stood there with blank expressions on their faces, no apologies. This whole experience is completely humiliating and degrading as a patient. Very unprofessional staff, I will NEVER go here there again. The only one who was professional was the lady at the front desk. Very disappointed😕
