Not thorough whatsoever. I was seen by Dr. Roy J Dileo. I presented to the ER with symptoms of tonsillitis: Painful sore throat, white patches on throat, unable to turn neck, difficulty swallowing liquids. The doctor decided to test for only strep, which obviously came back negative. So instead of doing any further testing to provide a proper diagnosis, Dr. Dileo falsely diagnosed me with bronchitis just to get me out the door. I have not a single symptom of bronchitis. And he prescribed me drugs that pose severe interaction with the current medication I am taking. This is according to the online drug interaction database that they should be checking, but didn't. When I told the nurse she told me "well, honestly you don't have to take any of these meds. Sore throats heal in about five days"I was dumbfounded. Then why are you telling me to take all these drugs I don't need?? My symptoms don't describe a basic sore throat. I certainly will never return to that clinic, and I will tell everyone I know to put a big black X on that location. They simply do not care about patient wellness.
Receptionist lady was very rude they literally had me waiting in the waiting room for 4 hours just to have one of the nurses come out after the 4 hours they had me waiting just to say they are too full dont recommend going here
Brought my aunt to see the emergency Dr. And once my aunt was called in I was waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes just sitting there, mind you the receptionist had already seen me. She then tells me I can't wait In the waiting area because of "covid" yet there was NO ONE else in the lobby. I told her I've been sitting here for the past 45 min and you didn't say anything and she says "I didn't see you" she definitely had seen me I was sitting right in front of her!!! That's insane! I understand if it is something that's put in place but tell me right away not 45 minutes later! Do better baptist. Smh.
We were seen pretty Quickly and the staff was attentive. The Dr we saw was very informative and helpful. They took care of us. Thank you
When we arrived we were greeted professionally and kindly. We filled out forms and didn't wait long to be seen. Great overall experience.
Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at ANY hospital or urgent care in San Antonio, super quick to get me in, the doctor and staff were all so kind, the doctor took time to listen to me and didn’t make me feel rushed. She was very thorough with running tests, thanks to the nurses and ER Tech also for being so kind and gentle. I’ll definitely come back here for any future needs.
THE ON LINE CHECK IN DOES NOT WORK ACCORDING TO THE FRONT DESK CLERK FYIso had to recheck in filling out the 4 pages of paperwork given. Been reading the reviews of this place and there seems to be a common denominator,Front Desk 11/29/2021. 1000
A staff that cares and treat you right. Love this hospital and it's staff
Lo único malSon el personal que está en la recepción, pero todo lo de mas excelente el doctor muy amable y explicó todo muy bien y las enfermeras también muy atentas, muchas Gracias por su atenciones.
Think very carefully before choosing this ER. I had every symptom of a kidney stone. The doctor insisted, even after a CT scan, that I did not. He sent me home with prescription antibiotics and no other diagnostics. Two weeks later, I was in such severe pain I went to a different ER. Not only did they find a 5mm stone on imaging, they found a severely infected kidney and the stone was blocking all the imaging fluid, pus, and blood. It had nowhere to go. I nearly lost that kidney..!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
