If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Staff is beyond insensitive and could care less about the patients. I waited 2 hours in the waiting room and was told I was next while 2 People ended up going before my daughter. And the lady said that they were taking the easier patients first. And since she has abdominal pain and needing more things she still couldn’t be seen yet. Yes sounds right to take the less sick/easier patients than the more important patients . Nice job idiots 👍🏽

Very long wait and + this one other person goes ahead of us n we were here before herWe been waiting 3 hours n the staff say the reason why she went ahead of us is because of her symptoms were worse than my son we've been here three hours and we're still waiting just to get seen

Absolutely TERRIBLE, they don't deserve a star at all, staff in front office were very rude. They are unprofessional. Service is terrible, got there at 10am with my husband having an extremely sharp pain above his stomach and ended up getting out till 5pm. I kept asking up front how much longer and all they would say his info is in the system he has to wait. I kept complaining to them he was in pain. We waited for 1 hr till he was called in. The rude lady upfront told me I couldn't wait inside to get out or else she was going to call security on me. Don't recommend this place at all. This is not considered an ER. I don't understand how this place is still open with all these bad reviews.

Very rude and unprofessional especially the receptionist and nurses! They have no empathy and I did not feel safe at all there. I recommend no one go there.

We just left there and this was absolutely the WORST ER I have ever been to. My daughter was seen and the Doc and nurse were amazing. Those front desk females are on a whole other level of disrespect. They began to be rude to my daughter so I stepped in. Things escalated because I wasn't going to let them treat her less than. All 3 of those females felt they had authority to talk down to us and act like they have no professional training. One took it a step further and began shouting about my daughters disabilities and how much she owes for all to hear! It is very apparent by these reviews they continue to get away with it! Well I won't be another!!! Total violation of HIPPA laws by shouting her information into the waiting room! Best believe Im gonna be a Karen ! Their own security guard said it was inappropriate! Calling me dumb behind that Plexiglas

This place was absolutely terrible. If I had the option to give no stars, I would. My nephew had just broken his arm on playground nearby. The only who showed a sense of urgency was the security guard who brought a wheelchair out to us. My nephew is 5 years old and was in absolute pain that he doesn't know how to handle. And the nurses kept tell my mother and I that we had to wait and that everyone has to wait, everyone that was calmly sitting in their seats. My nephew was screaming and him arm obviously deformed. We sat there for about 15 minutes to 30 minutes until my mother finally bugged them enough to send SOMEONE to just look at his arm. This nurse came to look and put a sling. As he did, he saw that my nephew's arm and said that his arm shouldn't be hanging straight and looked at us as if we did something wrong. We rushed him to an emergency room where professinals are suppose to help us. The nurse who then told us that they would do what they could to have him seen as soon as possible and then tells us that is been "a busy night". That doesn't justify how rude the staff was to my mother or justify how long they had us wait. After almost 10 minutes after our interaction with this man, we ended up leaving. The next hospital we went saw us and checked us in the minute we arrived.This place has no business calling themselves an emergency room. I understand that having a woman raise their voice at you to be faster can be overwhelming and irritating. But worried family members don't just do this lightly. We needed help and this place let us down.

This was the most unpleasant e.r experiencing ever the ladies in front who take your information were super rude . The most awful experiencing ever thank God thier are other e.r . Hope they shut this hospital down !

Don’t go here if you’re actually having an emergency. I took my wife here when she had excessive postpartum bleeding and mild shock, and she was sent to the back of the line behind people with stuffy noses and cold symptoms. Absolutely disgraceful.

Brought my daughter in for a fairly larger laceration on her foot. They did xrays, did not irrigate the wound, only sat her foot in soapy water then dried it. The Doc decided on dermabond instead of stitches. We were released around 2 AM by 11 AM we were at a different ER because the wound was still bleeding and required more glue, though the second doctor said he would have stitched it because of size and placement of the wound. It's now 3 days later and again doing a follow up because the wound was not properly cared for with the initial visit. We will never use this ER again and trust that I will be filing official complaints about the care.

Desk receptionist was rude .. she was agreeing with a patient that didn't have medical insurance granted they were being ugly to her.. but didnt give her the right to stood to they level..I guess maybe because we're in the Southside she wanted to act like one too..no compassion for people... I been in that patient shoes with no insurance and I got referred to University Hospital. Heartless witch ..
