From the administrative staff to the caregivers, Cardinal has been top notch. I receive ongoing communication regarding my father’s condition and responses to my phone calls are immediate. They are a very caring organization that I can trust.

I enjoy working for the company about 5 years. They were pleasant and interested in me to help them with clients. 5 years ago I was hired and worked the next day!

Poor customer service all around. Unreliable. Wouldn’t recommend this company if you’re looking for reliability & great communication which is key !

They check in on seniors but it doesn't feel like CARE. Scary building scary people and I just didn't feel good about it. I hope they're not taking advantage of seniors or anyone under their care. Very sad bc it it so needed these days

Find another service for your loved ones. This place has unreliable associates. I know this is a hard and demanding job so its no one's fault. However, their care givers constantly dont show up and leave you just basically to fend for yourself last minute. However a carer by the name of jonathan Murillo and Olga were amazing! I hope they get a pay raise and find better management company. Because this place is unreliable Update its been 4 months since ive attempted to use this service and there has been no change canceled at last minute no replacement. Leaving families in tough position.

cific clients being incorrect about their condition. For example. One woman was labeled that she had a foley, when she in fact had never had one and she had a colostomy bag. I made note of this and called and had to ask them to change that about said client a total of three times before they actually changed it in the system. Clients I took care of told me they were being charged extra, having to do invoices for the company themselves because they didn't do it correctly, had workers stealing from them and so on. I also had several occasions where the company was sending me addresses to provide care to in South America. None of the 3 main communicators for this company were able to communicate with one another on several occasions properly because they would all call me at different times asking me the same questions as well. I was also promised shifts working with children for a higher pay, which never happened after being hired, and I was told I would be given full time hours (40 hours a week) and they did not meet those standards either. Very poor communication all together, horrible experience with this so called company. I suspect fraudulent and scam-like activity is occurring with this company no doubt ! I've been in health care for 9 years of my life, and have a slew of certifications & great recommendations to prove so from previous employers/ clients. I have NEVER experienced anything like this in my entire life and I am VERY disappointed.

The Cardinal caregivers provided excellent personal care to both of my parents for over 2 years before they passed under hospice. The 3 main caregivers took their job very seriously and treated my parents like their own family members. They were reliable and one of them remained with my parents for almost the whole 2 years. My parents became very fond of them all. The office staff was very responsive and always came through when we would call at the last minute needing extra care hours beyond our normal schedule. As the family member who oversaw my parents care, having Cardinal was a lifesaver and helped me breathe easier know they were on the job. Highly recommend this company.

My Brother was very sick with Congestive Heart Failure. Unfortunately, I could not be there because of my own heart problems. Cardinal Health Care sent two ladies to his home to take care of him for three days. Both of them did nothing. Just sat on the couch. One of them got into his closet and got a bag of old pennies and asked what he wanted to do with them. She should not have gotten in his closet.
