Once I was seen every thing started going well with knowledgeable professionals. Unfortunately as I came in with pain level 10 crying and unable to think let alone navigate the entry system we had to repeatedly ask the man at the front desk to assist us. He got me to a room in the back more to avoid having the other person in the waiting room having to vicariously experience my pain and need for help.

The only reason I’m giving this place a 1 star because the receptionist was nice. The nurse practitioner must have had a bad day and took it out on me. I have never been treated like this by anyone let alone a professional. I will never go back. I don’t understand what’s wrong with people these days.

It was getting late last Friday evening, when I decided it was time, to take my elderly Dad to this clinic. He had fallen in the yard and scraped his arm really bad a day before. I did everything I knew to do at home, but it didn't seem enough. He has somewhat thin blood, and the bleeding kept being a problem. This clinic is awesome! Not only were they polite and kind to my Dad, they did all the right things. Very nice doctor and super nice nurse. We will return if need be, and would like to recommend this clinic to everyone. The Doctors name was Elizabeth, not sure on the nurse.
