At best poor business' practices, at worst medical fraud. Either this location or their billing department miscoded visit as something other than ugrent care to the insurance company which caused the price to quadruple and no longer be covered. When calling the billing department, they said it was the location that did it wrong when I went to the location they said only the billing department could fix it. Do not use this location if you can avoid it, there are better urgent cares in the area.

DON'T. Daughter's earing backing stuck in her ear. Waited 15 min to be seen. Called into back. Checked her weight and temp. Assistant looked at her and said only emergency room could take it out so we left. Went to MedPost at 1000 Oaks-Jones Maltsberger. 15min and it was out. CareNow charged us $316 to take her weight and temp and look at her ear. CareNow is not qualified or experienced enough to treat people. Absolutely Ridiculous.

Great CareNow facility, was greeted immediately and given simple instructions on filling out the intake forms on my, they even offered the use of an iPad as well. In total screening was quick and efficient. Move to exam room and waited maybe less than five minutes to see a provider. Was given an injections and prescription in a timely manner, then released. Great service and great care.
