Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The front desk associate wouldnt to give her name, screamed at me on the phone, and hung up the call 3 times! She made the comment her boss won’t believe me anyways and she will file a complaint on me… I am shocked at how horrible she treated my family when we needed to change the prescription changed to a different location. She had her AirPods in on a call when I was checking in and so miserable. I gave the benefit of the doubt since it’s a Sunday, but screaming at me over my son’s prescription was a line. I had to call in to get it- can’t wait when it’s an allergic reaction medicine. The NP and nurse were amazing, but having to end the visit with that customer service we will not be back.
