My experience with Celebrate dental was amazing, the nurses & doctor really nice.

My daughter got her braces here very affordable

I took the time to explain all the situation with my meeting braces I've had them before but they gave me a pair of braces at another place that I never fit right and they're going to give me a pair of the tryout and then give me a permanent pair from that that it's perfectly

Love there services they did an amazing job.

First of all this review is mainly for the manager Claudia. Myself and my other daughter have been going there for our braces for a few years and when we found out that we would be able to also dentistry for our teeth cleaning we were excited. Well I informed one of my other daughters who was also looking for a dentist. She had her first appointment which did go well but when she was told she needed to go to another appointment for treatment/procedure she made an appointment for this past Saturday 3/21/26 at the SE Military location. She was scheduled at 1:00pm and even had spoken to someone a couple of days before that and was not informed she needed to confirm her appointment a day before her actual scheduled appointment. Actually she was never informed she needed to do that. Well the day of the appointment on Saturday she got up around 10am and noticed she received a text message that her appointment was moved to 11:00pm so she informed me and I told her to call them and tel them that she will be there as soon as possible since she was not aware of the change of appointment. ( she has text messages also of when appointment was changed and when it was initially scheduled for time wise) She called them and spoke with Claudia the manager and per Claudia she was told since she didn’t confirm her appointment the day before she was canceled. Now you tell me how can anyone confirm an appointment that was changed on her that same day she was scheduled to come in. My daughter was upset so she asked me if I can call and speak to the office. So I called and spoke with Claudia and she pretty much told me the same thing but was not listening to me as to how could my daughter confirm the same day she got her appointment time changed. She was back and forth with me and I was getting nowhere with her but did have the audacity to tell me how old my daughter was as if she was telling me my daughter can handle her own issue by herself. That was so unprofessional and uncalled for because as I told Claudia I don’t care how old my kids are if they need my help and supports I will be there for them. She was rude the whole time and was not siting on the patient side when literally they should never had canceled my daughters appointment. I am making this review because to them we may just be another patient and on to the next but need to let the next patient know how unprofessional Claudia is and how it effects the entire office. I called hoping I can find a solution over the phone but never got a call back. Now my daughter does not want to go back and I am going to cancel my other daughter’s appointment and mine in April. Update as of yesterday 3/25/2026 NOBODY has yet to contact me.
