Christus Santa Rosa Hospital - Westover Hills's Online Review Report Card

Waited eight hours to be seen by a physician that could not treat me she said that I had a broken shoulder and would send me to another physician the following day! I was in so much pain and all they could give me was Tylenol. They wear this is a horrible hospital.

I should have read the reviews. Worst inpatient stay ever. Case management is terrible. They were supposed to set up follow up care for my husband and failed miserably. Paper work not faxed to follow up office like they said. Sue you need to be more detailed oriented insted of just getting rid of the patient and let them do all your work. Deplorable!!

If I can give a 0 star I will I just had my baby on January 5 here and me and my baby was treated badly if you black please don’t have your baby here they will call cps and lie so you can get your baby tooking the cordornator that’s over this hostipal her name is Kim Kimble she is so unprofessional i was so stress out when I was at this hospital and I just had a c-section they was being so mean to me these people are very rascist they cordornator kick me out the hospital with no pain meds and I suppose stay in the hospital longer these people are so evil

Wife and me had covid and baby delivered. Good staff took good care of us and the baby

Does anyone ever pick up the phones? I need information about my grandfather who was waiting for 6 hours to be submitted & Ive been calling for 2 hours and no one picks up. Is there another phone number i can call?

I went looking for a pcp close to where I live and since I’ve used the hospital side of Christus before I figured I could find a primary Dr there as well. I was Never told that the Christus Santa Rosa Family Health Center Westover Hills was a RESIDENCY program. So as soon as the residency is over the Dr leaves. So how can you find a primary care physician if your Dr leaves? To me, it’s important to find a Dr that knows you.. understands you and that you feel comfortable with. I was just notified that my Dr was leaving so now I have to start over with new Dr there or go find an actual Dr that will actually get to know me and is not going anywhere.So if you are looking for a regular pcp… this is NOT the place..

This review is specifically for the childrens ER. From the point of walking in to being admitted, the staff was very friendly. Each encounter was very pleasant with my son. The nurse, HJ, was one of the most attentive healthcare workers I’ve ever had. He was detailed with what he was doing and what would happen next. This ER team is greatly appreciated by me and my family.

As a young female going through her first pregnancy you would expect some compassion and ACTUAL care but the nurses and doctors here ARE RUDE. The only people that showed some concern were the 2 women that checked me in. Waiting 2hrs for a sonogram and my urine to get tested was upsetting then to be continously told even without testing "something is obviously wrong since it's too dark" was out of line. Let alone the doctor assuming I waited 6hrs before coming in about my worry when NO I didn't wait at all that's what they assumed as they talked over me during questioning. To make things worse I have gestational diabetes and was refused any type of liquid or solid to snack on when it was getting closer to the time I must take my insulin . I understand that was probably due to the sonogram but they were still rude about it and had attitude when we asked nicely. Overall disappointed and hurt I do not want to come back for my delivery if this is how they treat me for a checkup and test. Terrible!

Was horrible disappointed at the experience in the ER. My wife was brought there after fainting and busting up her face bad needing several stitches. The bed side manner of both the Dr and nurses was zero. The Dr seem have no regard to the amount of pain he was inflicting on her as he pulled poked and prodded. Despite her screams and saying stop. She asked for another Dr and he said well I’m all we have. The nurse accused her of being drunk and said her story did not add up. To the very little credit of the staff the nurse and the Dr apologized before we left

Over 6 hours waiting in a little room, every process they do takes forever!, it really feels like they forget about you, I had to remind a nurse to look up some test results. Never mind the doctor to come talk to you, should have taken the extra drive to another hospital.
