Dr Cisneros was very thorough with my mothers care until the end of life. She really liked him and he explained what hospice was andhow he would treat her symptoms. He is a very spiritual person as well. Optum hospice was a perfect choice for my mother.

This doctor is the worst. graduate of unaccredited, Mexican medical school, although licensed by Texas (political connections, i believe) Practices with for- pay hospice and takes orders from a nurse. Prescribes morphine as only treatment option. License should be revoked and he should be prosecuted.
