They, like a lot, of home healthcare providers have high turnover, but the staff is good & pleasant. In my experience, the providers stayed at least a year with my family, which is great. I've not had any dishonest providers.i can recommend them.

In all my years of with this agency I’ve never been treated with such disrespect from the office staff.i have told horror stories of employees being forced to leave priority clients left hanging to waste away on their own without any services while the office staff is pulling strings like people are puppets and come up with lies just to cover them selves.this has never happened to me before but now it did.pepole make sure y’all keep a close eye on your loved ones.zero stars for me if it was possible!and definitely would not recommend this agency derring a pandemic...

The front desk/ receptionist is very inconsiderate of others, she needs more practice on her verbal skills and a better attitude . For example, always hanging up faster then a timely manner , don't know how to answer proper questions that's being asked ,miscommunications especially when important information is needed.
