At the time of my service. There was no wait time. Friendly staff from the receptionist, the nurses and the Dr. on call. they listen and showed compassion. I believe I was there hour and half. It didn’t seem long. Labs, X-rays and ct scans. Have their wait time. I was notified each time something came back. I entered the facility feeling like the world was on fire and walked out with a clear mind and laughing. (I was on phone call explaining my experience) I tell you it was day and night difference. If it wasn’t for that staff’s compassion, I would have left that facility like I left another week before complaining of the same issues (bigger and well known hospital). Thanks.
