I went in with some concerns about chest pains. There was hardly a wait, I was seen right away. The nurses and doctors worked with urgency but were very calm as well. They had all of the necessary equipment needed to run labs and do X-rays. Dr. Wyatt took his time to listen to me, explained my results, and even referred a PCP for me. I I’m extremely grateful for their help.

The night shift crew was great! Dr Altamirano is very polite, Rn was smooth and Melina is the best! Only issue I had was the next day shift rn refused to call in my scripts for me. I understand it's 100% courtesy- but passing a stone while waiting 2 hours at CVS for my Flomax n Thoradol is not fun. Overall great job tho! :]

I took my 1yr/O daughter here with a fever of 102.9 a few nights ago. Right upon arrival we were greeted with a smile and concern. There was a very very short wait, and the receptionist was even so kind to come to me where we were sitting, so I could fill out some paperwork. She saw that my hands were full and I was scrambling. Now this is my first experience in an urgent care, as I am used to being on base. However, as a newly separated veteran, and still kind of new mom haha, this experience was just so comforting. We got the help my daughter needed, and the kindness she deserved. I will note though, medicaid does not recognize this clinic as a part of a hospital so just a heads up, there will be a payment if you weren't expecting one. With that being said, they were still so kind about everything. Thank you guys for your help , and comfort and availability.

From the front desk to the Dr. Everyone was really nice, fast and efficient . Dr. Altamirano and his staff were all very caring with my daughter and her needs. He explained everything to us and answered my daughters questions and concerns rather than just dismissing her and speaking with me because she is a minor. He listened to all of our concerns and recommended a physical therapist. This wasn’t our first visit here and it definitely won’t be our last. Thank you, again!

Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had!!! And I’ve been a lot due to my fibromyalgia. The nurse and the Doctor helped me figure out things with my health. That I did not come in for. You can tell they love their jobs in this office. That is an amazing feeling! Walking out feeling like they actually helped you. Thank you for your AMAZING JOB CARING FOR YOUR PATIENT! They are not there just for a check! Great Job! From the front desk, to the nurse, to the X-ray tech, to the Doctor! Everyone had an amazing welcoming attitude! Definitely my go to place from now on! THANK YOU FOR BEING AWESOME AND LOVING YOUR JOB!
