Complete Care received a referral from my mother’s doctor to perform an at home assessment and they never called her or me to set it up. After several weeks, I called them and was told Sylvia was the person that needed to speak to regarding the referral. I left my number twice and had no response. We’ve asked for another referral from the doctor as my mother needs an assessment to get in home care urgently.

Horrible services They never answer the phone and when they do they are extremely rude. They have lazy nurses. Take your family elsewhere!!!!!!

I used Complete Care for my skilled nursing and physical therapy. I definitely recommend using them. Especially the physical therapist Irene. She was very precise, caring, and pushed me to help gain more strength and confidence in myself.

Following a kidney procedure CCHHH provided excellent once-a-week home care for 5 months. Management, Supervision and regular Providers were all exemplary. The 2 Physical Therapy Practitioners got me going with great and challenging exercises. I highly recommend both persons. Best Wishes to all.

During the time we needed a nursing facility‘Complete Care Hospice’was their.My father Reynaldo Ovalle was always cared by the nursing staff as well as others.Chaplain David Olmos was a God sent. Our son was in a roll over accident while on vacation in San Antonio during the ice and snow storm and completely broke his back. Since we are from Chicago we have been stranded in San Antonio because our son is not strong enough yet to travel feeling helpless because of the lack of support we have received with healthcare. Everybody was giving us the run around. I happened to be a Brooks Medical Center in the Trauma clinic fighting to get my son the care he needs so we can return home when Corina Butnaru, RN from CompleteCare Home Health walked in. When I pulled her aside and explained that we were struggling to get him Home Health Therapy, Mrs. Butnaru jumped into action, took copies of all his paperwork on-site and had his assessment scheduled the very next day. I have been trying to get home healthcare scheduled since the day he came home on February 17th but no one would help us. You did not hesitate. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts!! Our son has now had his second therapy session and is doing great and we should be able to return home by the end of the month.

If you have the option of using another company through your insurance, I definitely recommend going with another company. They do not accept any type of cards, they want cash (in a pandemic), or check (severely out of date). They also will not re-run benefits or talk to the insurance even though out of pocket is met and no co-pay should be applied. It’s “at the directors discretion”. No communication on how we’d get back money that we’d overpay and quite frankly, can’t afford. They also refuse to work within our availability and with the doctor appointments that are required.
