SCAMMERS. I have been getting vela shape treatments. I scheduled for 4 and only went to 2. Got a call saying the salon had been broken into and my treatments wouldn’t be able to be done anymore. completely understandable. I assumed I obviously would be refunded fully for the 2 appointments I never was able to attend. Not only is the salon horrible at communicating with their clients and getting back to them. I was told I would not be refunded 3% ($900) due to “processing fees”. I’m a hairstylist and have worked/managed many salons. This is most unlawful thing I’ve ever experienced. A company cannot charge a customer for its inability to preform services. It goes against state consumer protection statutes. this place is scamming people. Save yourself the money and unprofessional management.

Diluted Botox for sure. Your problem areas begin to show within 3-4 weeks instead of 4 months as promised. I know this because I’ve been twice and was told that I have “too strong of muscles on my forehead” and was just told to get more in future. Go somewhere else. Even for lip filler. That barely shows too. Paid all most $1400 combined to be pretty dissatisfied

SPARE YOURSELF! Just go to The Injection Room. The Injection Room staff is so professional and knowledgeable, and doesn't steal your money. They also don't threaten to call the police on you when you ask questions.

The day I called a lady answered the phone “hello”. I had to ask if this was a business. Today I went in for the first time and the young lady at the desk simply said “Do you have an appt?” No “Welcome to Dominion Medspa”or “ Hi, how can I help you?” Something along those lines. Poor, very poor effort. The nurse that applied the Botox seemed qualified and probably is but left me with swelling and bruising I have never experienced previously anywhere else. By one eye she hit a “vessel” that caused a large swell and will leave a large bruise for days. That can happen but perhaps she rushed or just wasn’t careful enough. I don’t know. I would be more forgiving of the nurse but when you add the lack of a client centered approach by the other staff, I won’t go back! Santiago

Had an amazing experience this past Thursday with Kylie the lead injector she was so so sweet, made me feel comfortable, safe and did an amazing job! The entire staff was super friendly. I had gotten lip filler in February from another med spa in San Antonio and I wasn’t super satisfied with my results. Kylie came to the rescue and I love my lips now. She listened to what I wanted, was super honest and gave me exactly what i was looking for. I am so happy I switched to this med spa and i will be coming back for any future work! 10/10 recommend!
