Dr. Hilbert is the best doctor I have ever had. He spends his time with you and answers ALL your questions. He listens to you. He does not rush you in and out. I 💯 percent recommend Dr. Hilbert to everyone.

I love how responsive, efficient, communicative, personable, and clinically proficient Dr. Hilbert and his medical assistant, Cassie are. They are truly a dynamite team that I trust. I am thoroughly consulted and consistently encouraged to live a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Hilbert doesn’t preach he educates and provide evidence-based data. I am so fortunate to have Dr. Hilbert as my doctor because he’s hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had.

In choosing our primary care physician, we were looking for an internist who would take the time to actively listen to our concerns, answer any questions we might have and effectively communicate reference any issues that may arise for either of us. We were looking for someone to not only prescribe the necessary medications, but also to suggest any appropriate lifestyle changes. Another important criterion was to have a doctor who stays current with science regarding new medical treatments, medications and vaccines. We also wanted a physician who would initiate a referral to a competent specialist, should one be needed. Dr. Hilbert does ALL of the above in an exemplary manner. In addition, the concierge program assures us that we will always be able to “see” Dr. Hilbert when we call his office whether in person or through a telehealth visit. That’s a BIG plus. And last, but not least, the competency of the doctor’s medical staff was a high priority for both of us. Cassie is a definite ASSET to Dr. Hilbert’s staff with her compassion and clear communication style. We are both EXTREMELY pleased to have internist Dr. Douglas Hilbert as our primary care physician. I had a great experience at Pasteur associates and especially with Dr. Hilbert and his nurse Cassie. He spent more time with me listening to any and every concern I had and I never felt rushed. He went through my medical information, explained everything and set up a good follow up plan. I love that I can text whenever and receive a response. This is how medicine should be!

I haven’t been here in years! Stumbled upon this doctor again on accident looking on google and got immediate ptsd. I will never forget how careless he was & wouldn’t take my complaints of dizziness and lightheadedness seriously. Instead, he suggested I just lose weight. Didn’t care I was suffering daily with dizziness to where I couldn’t drive some days and was missing work. I still remember vividly he suggested I go to a public gym so that in the event I pass out or faint from my dizziness, there would be people around to call an ambulance. He even went as far to say if this was back in the day, “i would have been fed to the lions” cause of my weight. I’m finding it hard to believe he has all these good ratings with how horrible he was. If you go to yelp you’ll be able to see he has a 1.0 rating and there were others who also were belittled by him. I ended up going to another doctor who took me seriously. I was finally able to get referred to a neurologist and get a diagnosis after months and months of suffering. Turns out it wasn’t just cause I was fat and did in fact have a brain condition.

Dr. Hilbert and Cassie provided excellent care and support at my very first appointment. Having professionals who make you feel comfortable can make a significant difference in your experience, I highly recommend. The front desk staff was also amazing and very welcoming.
