Dynamic Dermatology's Online Review Report Card

Came to Dynamic Dermatology a few years ago after having an flare up on my eye, which turned out to be eczema. I haven't had to come back until recently for another flare up of my skin and Daniella and Michelle are super helpful, they take the time to listen, answer the many questions I have and are very thorough. Truly glad I came back here! I won't go anywhere else. Thank you!

Service was Excellent! PA Vanessa and her assistant took care of my diagnosis with lots of care and kindness. Told them I didn't like needles or blood and her assistant distracted me during the shots and procedure, then it was done! Will let family, friends and everyone who reads this know that Dynamic Dermatology is the place to go! 🤗

Seriously, the worst place ever! My son was a patient there, and he woke up with a bad infection. I called to get them to treat him, and it's a five-minute fix, but they wouldn't help. They told me to go to the ER, for what?! They know how to treat him, and they just refused! Definitely not recommending them!

I absolutely love this place, I highly recommend. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. My sons sees Ms.Arellano and she’s amazing!!!

Great Experience with PA Daniella. She is kind and knowledgeable. All the staff was extremely friendly. Wait times were great and I didn't have to wait weeks to be seen by this office. Highly recommend.

I used to like going to Dr groff when I needed to see a dermatologist and even recommended her to others but I should have considered it a red flag when her staff repeatedly left me voicemails regarding treatment for another client. I had to call more than once and tell them to fix their records since they kept calling me with other client’s details. The last appointment I had with Dr. Groff I discussed my hair loss concerns and specifically asked if she could prescribe something. She did gently pull some hair to see what fell off in her hands. She asked if I had any stressful life situations & I told her I had and went on to describe them. She suggested I get lab work done and go from there. That was the extent of it aside from her staff (Michelle) leaving a vm stating labs were normal and to try over the counter medication. OTC medication states it can take up to six months to start seeing results. So when I see no results after using a good long while, I call to see what can be prescribed since the otc isn’t working and Michelle states I need to make yet another appointment. I was baffled & asked why I would need to go and have to pay again since nothing changed. Michelle said Dr groff wants to “see my scalp” and I’d have to go/pay again since it’s been almost a year since I was seen…yet that was only since I was doing as suggested - using the otc & giving it time to work. I stated the inconvenience since I’m no longer in the area and didn’t feel I should have to pay for something I didn’t feel really was addressed the first time. Michelle stated I can do a virtual visit which is odd since she stated Dr groff now wants to see my scalp. Why wasn’t this done the first time when I was actually present & clearly concerned? And why wasn’t anything done aside labs ordered, which a PCP could have done. A waste of money in my opinion.

I am extremely satisfied with this office's professionalism. Dr. Groff has always provided her diagnosis and treatment suggestions, that might be relevant to my issues. I feel conformable recommending Dr. Groff to anyone that might be in need of her services.
