Dr Lui went above and beyond our sons eye problem and investigated until he found our root problem. He took the time to explain everything and ultimately most likely saved our sons life due to not giving up and treating just eye pain. We are forever grateful for Dr Lui - we need more doctors like him. We are forever a patient and will tell everyone we know about the amazing and comprehensive care we received in his care.

Dr Lui took the time to find the root problem with our son. I have no doubt his persistence and comprehensive approach saved our sons life. We will be a lifelong patient and will tell everyone we know about his amazing bedside manner and how caring he is.

Doc Liu is responsible for surgically restoring the sight in my L/eye and maintaining the vision in my R/eye. As someone who worked for many years in the medical field I was not sure that I would ever see again. He was always positive and reassuring which is exactly what we needed. My vision as of today is 20/20 and my husband and I will be forever grateful. He is a Godsend and one of the finest Doc’s/Surgeons we have ever had the opportunity to work with. His bedside manner is beyond reproach and his office staff is always knowledgeable, kind and considerate. They reference you by your NAME and welcome you with a smile. Where else does the staff come to the lobby to greet you? Kudos for a job always well done by you and your entire team Doc E. Liu.

This doctor & I have gone back & forth about the treatment my mom’s eyes. He’s IMPATIENT, does NOT THOROUGHLY explain treatment & SHORT. When I asked him details, his response was “I already told you this”. Or “I already gave you this handout”. For example, I JUST found out my mom needs panretinal photocoagulation. Not ONE time, did this doctor informed the name of the procedure. Yes he gave a “diabetic retinopathy” general handout but that’s not enough. Doctor, don’t treat your patients as if we are stupid because we are not!

Dr. M. Liu is the best doctor there he take his time and explains everything to you and is super patient and hears out his patients and there family out when they have a million questions . He totally was able to help with a surgery that my dad desperately need. He is truly amazing! I have seen the other two doctors there and one talk down to you and does not care for you concerns and the other is purely there to make money! Dr. Liu YOUR THE BEST!!!

My husband is a surgeon and experienced a detached retina. After consulting with Dr. Lina Marouf and Dr. Relief Jones, Dr. Liu was chosen for his extraordinary skills in performing my husband’s surgery. He spends time answering every question and no one is as professional as he is in experience, expertise and patient care! The best!!!

My ophthalmologist, Dr. Kris Held, referred me to Dr. Liu. I had an eye problem I thought I would have to live with the rest of my life. To my surprise, Dr. Liu corrected my problem. He far exceeded my expectations and I am very happy. He is my retina specialist for life.

I unfortunately experienced a detached retina in 2020. Dr. Liu was thorough and explained what my options were in detail and also let me provide my input in the route we were taking. If you are looking for a BS doctor, he is not for you. He gets to the point and makes his recommendation based on his experience and professional opinion. I have returned for follow ups and he continues to be the same as when I first met him on my first dreadful day. Very professional and kind and gets to the point. I sincerely recommend him if you find yourself in a fearful situation regarding your eye health. Thank you Dr. Liu!!
