Horrible and unpersonnel experience. First the person that we soor at the front desk was like talking to robot. Second the CT technician was mad at something. He did not want to be there that day. But after 5 minutes after that we was out of there and I hope never to need to go back there again in my life.

Always quick & professional. Try to always schedule my MRI or CT procedures here.

It was very crowded. At one hour after my appointment time I left because there were 7 women ahead of me. Either understaffed or overbooked. Either way it took WAY longer than it should have. I'm re-booking at another location

Don't work with the company find someone else if you can. They are happy to send your bill to collections after a month. Even my mortgage has a grace period but not this place. They prey on the sick and vulnerable and when you call for answers they let you know sending you to collections was all your fault. They're not will to work with you at all. They have disgusting business practices and should be ashamed of themselves but unfortunately they know we can't always choose what facility we go to and they exploit that.

Worst customer service ever they don’t care if you wait all day they over book do yourself a favor and stay away

Location service is ok, billing service is the most stupid system ever, so they billed my insurance under the wrong code and billed me about 400$ I called and explained this is not right they said sure we will review it , but they still kept billing me until it was final notice, although the lady assured me my case is in review by the billing and claim code department .so I called again and they said oh we keep billing you regardless even if your case is still under claim review . Common sense would say you can’t bill someone something you know they are not going to owe at least you put the billing on hold until you get a reply from insurance. Then she said oh ignore the billing your case is pending insurance response under the new correct claim. If I should ignore the bill why did u bill me in the first place. Just waste of paper and gas. Stupid system must be changed because it kills common sense.

Front desk clerks run a tight ship so be patient and wait to be called. Overall, this STRIC location is very efficient, professional and reliable.

When I looked up the facility location on Google Maps, I noticed a number of low ratings in the reviews and was concerned about them. I had a procedure there today and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Stephanie, the receptionist, and Arthur, the radiology technician, were both efficient, courteous, and professional. My procedure was completed in a much shorter time frame than I anticipated, and I was comfortable and kept informed throughout. I was very pleased with the care and service that I received, and would not hesitate to return to this facility should I require radiologic services in the future.

I'm tired of waiting on the phone so long to make an appointment. Last 2 times one was 42 minutes and the 2nd 35. I suspect my previous calls were just as long bit i didn't time them. When you finally get a rep they are only somewhat helpful but are very polite so could be worse. Also the onsite staff is usually very good. More phone reps and better training are a must. For what they charge that's not a lot to ask.

Worst ever!!! Tried calling to book an appointment and waited on line until it finally went to voice mail. I also sent an email and still no call back. I finally walked into the office to make my appointment. Waited close to three hours and had to be rescheduled. Arrived at my new appointment time and they told me the machine was having maintenance problems. After waiting a very long time the technician informed me and that the delay was caused by a survey they were required to fill out and there was absolutely no problem with the equipment. The front office had overbooked even knowing of survey that was to be done during that time. After getting the truth from the technician I questioned why the woman at the front desk had lied to me. In a nonchalant manner she said "sorry". It was obvious she could have cared less and showed no respect for my time. You do not want to spend a dime of your money at this imaging center.There are many alternatives in Stone Oak and I am very regretful I didn't read the reviews before I came here.I am going to notify my doctor of my experience In hopes he will refer patients to another facility. If you value your time and appreciate courteous staff DO NOT GO HERE! Interesting how in your response you would like to talk to me. Until you can guarantee me a conversation with senior leadership. I will not Respond to this because I feel any manager that would ask his staff to lie blatantly would just be wasting my time to talk to.
