Dr. Lundmark has been very supportive & helpful. He makes you feel comfortable which makes it easy to talk and open up to. I would recommend others who struggling to seek his help.
They genuinely care about their patients. Have helped me a great deal.
I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Lundmark and his ENTIRE team! From my very first appointment, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Lundmark is everything you hope to find in a psychiatrist. He takes the time to listen to your concerns without judgment, never makes you feel rushed or pressured, and works with you to find solutions that fit your unique needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. He is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive, and talking with him feels more like having a conversation with a trusted friend who genuinely wants to help you succeed. The staff deserves just as much praise. From the scheduling team to the nurses, every single person has gone above and beyond for me more times than I can count. They are kind, patient, responsive, and always willing to help in any way they can. It’s rare to find a medical office where every interaction leaves you feeling valued, but that’s exactly what they’ve created here. The facility itself is spotless, welcoming, and comforting, making every visit feel as stress-free as possible. You never feel like just another appointment on the schedule—you feel like a person whose well-being truly matters. Finding this practice has been life-changing, and I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Lundmark and his amazing staff. If you’re looking for compassionate, personalized mental health care from people who genuinely care, I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Charley seems like a really good OCD coach! Can’t wait to start working with him!!
Excellent, courteous Staff and friendly and dedicated Professionals Staff
I absolutely love this center. The staff are so friendly and approachable. The space itself is so well kept and cleaned. Definitely worth the drive we make for our appointments.
Gardeña was very helpful helping me to get in contact with the therapist and setting up two appointments.
Well, at age 71 I wanted to get counseling but was hesitant…. I am so glad I did, and especially grateful for my counselor, SIVA! Initially, I had days when I told myself to cancel it, telling myself it probably wouldn’t help. I did not cancel and was proved wrong….each time. Now, I am so grateful to have someone like SIVA as my counselor and thankful she is able to connect with me in my faith as well!
As a fellow psych professional I have high standards for other professionals. My therapist, Veronica, meets and exceeds these expectations and standards. I would absolutely recommend her, and feel confident that other professionals affiliated with this agency are just as exceptional.
I've been going to Family Care Center for about a year now, and honestly, I’m not the same person I was when I started, and that’s a very good thing. My therapist, Leslie, is an absolute rock star. She creates an environment where you can actually be yourself, even on the hard days. She also specializes in working with kids, which honestly makes sense because I’m basically a grown man running around with the sense of humor of a 12-year-old. The front desk staff deserves a shoutout too. They’ve always been kind, patient, understanding, and genuinely helpful anytime I needed something. Mental health stuff can already feel stressful enough, so having people upfront who treat you like a human being instead of a number matters a lot. I also completed TMS treatment here, and that was an absolute game changer for me. First off, Dr. Reginald Floyd has one of the coolest doctor names of all time, so he was already starting with an advantage. But beyond that, he’s outstanding. He takes the time to really get to know his patients, explains things in a way that actually makes sense, and never makes you feel rushed. Brilliant doctor and just an all-around good dude. During most of my TMS sessions, I worked with Lissette as my TMS tech, and she was phenomenal. She has a calming presence and a way of making people feel comfortable almost immediately. TMS sessions are a lot easier when the person sticking magnets to your head knows how to keep you grounded and distracted with good conversation lol. One thing that really stood out to me was how she always tried to get me to focus on positive thoughts and meaningful moments during treatment. That may sound small, but it genuinely helped. I can be pretty pessimistic at times, but somehow she always managed to get me talking, laughing, or thinking about something good instead. Honestly, she’s probably one of the few people who could successfully win a long-term argument against my sarcasm and negativity. Overall, I genuinely love Family Care Center. Every single person I’ve interacted with there has treated me with compassion and respect, especially during some really difficult points in my life. I highly recommend them to anyone looking into therapy, medication management, TMS, or behavioral health services in general. 5 out of 5 stars. Absolutely recommend.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
