Hello, I have to share my experience with flawless and laser spa. I have been customer for four years. It’s the best clinic and best service really kind stuff even when I moved to Houston, I still come to San Antonio to do all my treatment best place you feel very comfortable graded and welcomed

So much spent in treatment to not see any results whatsoever. The people are kind but the service is not effective. I'm not taking any medication that would impact the treatment. I was skeptical after my 2nd and 3rd treatment of not seeing results but decided that it was still too early and decided to trust the peocess. However, I went in for my 5th session and voiced my concerns regarding still not seeing any results and even provided pictures of my hair before and after 4 completed full body treatments only to be told they will "fix it" and after my 5th treatment, i still do not see any changes. I highly doubt a 6th treatment will get me the results i was looking for since the start. I see reviews of people saying they stopped needing to shave after the second or third treatment but that was not the case for me. 5 sessions complete and the hair growth is exactly the same. I did not see a 70% hair reduction like promised nor did I see any insurance or guarantee for inadequate service. I feel like I've wasted money and time. Im still needing to shave as frequently as I used to before my treatments and the hair growth has not decreased in the slightest.

This place is fabulous. My mom, sister, cousin and I all go here, and that says a lot. I have had 3 full body sessions and have 3 left, but I don’t even shave anymore! That’s how effective it is!!! This place is so welcoming and the workers are amazing. Each one of them is so caring and nice. I have never felt so welcomed in a place before!!

I have been to this location twice now for Botox injections. Scheduling was hassle feee and the location was easy to get to. The employees were professional and very helpful. Stacey was my injector and was fabulous. The consultation was informative and she was gentle with the needle. I will continue going to this location and injector and I highly recommend both.

I’ve been going here for laser hair removal and I’m so glad I found this place! I looked through many med spas in the area and I'm glad I ended up choosing this place. Amanda and Zohara are amazing! They’re warm, welcoming, and make every appointment so comfortable. I’ve never felt super nervous going into an appointment because they always make me feel so comfortable and at ease. I’m on my 4th session and saw great results after just the 2nd! Their prices are super reasonable, and they never pressure you to buy anything. Even though I hate driving, I make the 35-minute trip every month because they’re just the best!!!
