I went there twice, and each time I paid the same amount — $35. But one day, she suddenly told me my total was $140, even though I got exactly the same service as before. When I was shocked, she said, “This time your hair is dry! which made no sense at all. Then she said, “Okay, I’ll make it $72 only. I was really embarrassed, so I paid, but I’m never going back there again. Honestly, their attitude is terrible and they’re very exploitative.

Lacy has been my go to for haircuts and coloring. She’s amazing! I always feel welcomed and always leave feeling and looking great! I highly recommend Folawns.

From the moment I walked in and was offered a beverage and throughout my entire hair treatment, I felt very pampered and well taken care of. I had Mandi as my stylist and she took the time to listen to my hair concerns and was positively responsive to my needs. I got a bob cut and a ombré coloring. She explained how each product she was using benefited my hair and how to recreate the look she did while blow drying. I will be back in a few months for touch ups and can’t recommend Mandi and Folawns enough!
