I had cut my finger pretty deep and was a bleeder, it took them a little bit longer than I thought it should for them to get to me, but they were very busy. I was in and out in less then and hour and an half and they took care of me very well. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the doctor was very understanding of how much pain my finger was in. The doctor took the time and the care to ensure that I had not done any further damage than just a flesh wound. If I have another emergency and I’m in that area, I would return in a heartbeat.

This is not an Urgent Care Facility. When you come in they charge you and your insurance with the Emergency Room Rates. They make you pay and fill before giving you any service. If this is an emergency room they should help you first and then charge you. I do not recommend this place. Look for a real urgent care instead. We paid 120 deductible because they apply some "discounts", we should be paying 75 if it was an urgent care.

This week was my first visit to this Urgent Care for an issue. This particular experience was so pleasant, despite the discomfort I was feeling, they immediately came up with a plan. The front desk, nurses and practitioners/doc were kind, informative, and thorough. I highly recommend Fossil Creek Complete Care.

Very friendly environment super clean as well. I went in for stomach pain which was discovered as Diverticulitis. Left there feeling much better and a day later there was no more pain. My nurse was so awesome and very professional and knew exactly what I needed. The Doctor that saw me was also awesome!!! I told them on the way out that hopefully I never have to see them again but if I’m ever in any kind of pain they will be my go to facility. Thanks again Fossil Creek Staff all of you who help me gets 5 stars!

Fossil Creek is amazing! As much as I don’t like being there so often for being sick. I do appreciate the quickness and understanding of the doctors and nurses in order to get me feeling better!
