I had fired my previous caregiver (my nephew) and within a few days they already have my new caregiver (a friend) in the works to get him working as soon as possible. Front desk lady, Donna, is as sweet as they come and Sonya and Priscilla are lovely as well. Thank you ladies for being on top of your game! Much appreciated 😊

They started out good. Then there were too many issues with the clock in clock out app. It was a constant issue. I don't even know the whole truth about Addus company taking over the care providers department. Now when you try calling no one wants to assist. They keep saying to speak to someone else and transfer calls only to not receive any call backs. I even left messages for the HR dept. Still nothing. We're already changing all my sons service to a downy agency but this place still owes me a paycheck. Next will report to medicaid and BBB.

If you want to work for this company please please go somewhere else they will start off nice and end up with attitude problems and this company does not have their stuff together they will say one thing and then turn around and say another this goes for if your trying to work for them or the clients girling does not know what they are doing at all I've already reported them to Medicaid and sent in recordings so girling don't try and cover up

My overall experience with Girling has been one of the best. My mom receives provider services and is very happy with the care she receives. Office staff is always ready to answer our questions and are very courteous and polite. So grateful for having them take care of my mom-Thank You.
