My husband just got diagnosed with Covid and experienced short of breath, the nurse recommended for us to go to the Gonzaba clinic located 2 blocks away. We went over and the 2 people at the urgent care front desk refused to see him, they both were too busy playing with their cell phones, they gave me a card to call a number in Bandera for a virtual appt. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE. We went to Texas med clinic where they took care of him right away. I know they will not even reply to this message, they only reply to the nice comments ones.

La Doctora Solais es increíble. Es una Mujer con mucha vocación en el servicio al paciente. Estoy muy feliz porque la clínica cuenta con personas tan buenas como ella, tan profesional y tan servicial. Siempre dedica su tiempo para conversar con el paciente sobre su estado emocioal y ver de que manera ella puede ayudar. La visita a un médico no es sólo una visita regular sino que deben saber escuchar las necesidades y brindar su servicio de corazón y con pasión y eso me gusta mucho del servicio q recibo de ella. Dios la bendiga en todos sus caminos y que siga sembrando en la vida de las personas.

Nurse Practioner Neri is truly an asset to Gonzaba Medical Center Northwest. She quickly diagnosed and successfully treated my foot. She even shared a tip to aid me in my continual footcare. She is so well knowledgeable of her field. I would and will recommend her to family and friends. Nurse Practioner Neri continue to be a blessing to your patients!

I had a very pleasant experiences at Gonzaba. I am able to call to make an appointment without struggling to get someone on the phone. I don’t get machines or robot services. It’s all people and I love that. I see Dr. Tarver and she is a good Doctor. She listens and very understanding. She actually listened to my troubles when it comes to my health. I am very pleased with my new experiences there at Gonzaba. So far so good and the therapy there was all excellent. I really hope this stays like this. But I give them an A+

Dr. Tarver is the best D.O. ever! I trust her knowledge and expertise in Medicine. The staff is also great.I met with Thomas of physical medicine today. He was very friendly and very professional. He takes time with you and makes sure you are understanding the physical therapy process for your particular circumstance.
