Love Dr. Berry she is very understanding and listens to me and very helpful!
Love this clinic. Attentive, caring, and always there.
On time appointment, great service
Psychiatrist and staff are awesome.
Dr P is the best. TMS therapy really helped and my talk therapy with Theresa has been the best I’ve had in twenty years of jumping around with different therapist.
Im very disliking the fact that they failed to provide network status about the therapist who is supposed to help my wife, making her pay full price when noting they said insurance would cover it. No one mentioned that and now comes to a surprise my insurance claim came in stating we owe 300. This has to be the most negligence of information I've delt with taking advantage of someone that needs help. Shame on the front desk ppl as well hanging up and giving the sad excuses. Ppl are suffering and you do this to us. This is why medical Fraud is a new law since 2022 because things like this. Yall need to get it together. This is why the numbers are so high because yall just dont care. We are just numbers and games to you. I will be waiting for a response and I will be calling till I get an updated status and the mistake.
I deeply value my psychiatrist, Raquel, and the providers in this office. They deserve an overwhelmingly 5+ stars. The care I’ve received from them has been excellent, compassionate, and consistent. I love this practice because of the trust I’ve built with my provider. That said, the front office administrative process is severely lacking. Administrative breakdown in healthcare, especially psych, is not a small thing. It directly impacts stability and can completely dysregulate me every time I have to call and request a refill. Then they submit it, but they never let me know or they don’t provide any update to the questions they seem to have had with regard to my treatment. Every 30 days I must request a medication refill. Sadly, I have to mentally prepare myself in the morning to handle this office appropriately. Without fail, I am told someone will submit it, send it for review, or call me back with an update. I rarely receive follow-up. I often have to call multiple times to ensure my prescription is processed. There is no clear communication, no confirmation, and no accountability. For a psychiatric practice, where medication continuity is critical, this level of administrative disorganization is unacceptable. Patients seeking mental health support should not have to chase their own medication refills or wonder whether communication has actually reached the provider. I have left voicemails for the office manager in the past and have received no response. The providers here are excellent and they truly care about your mental health and overall condition. Raquel is like family to me. The front office operations, however, are undermining the quality of care by failing in basic communication and follow-through. I sincerely hope leadership addresses this, because the clinical team deserves administrative support that matches the level of care they provide.
I wanted to follow up regarding my previous concerns and share an updated experience. After speaking with Kim, who took the time to listen and address the situation, we were able to successfully have my husband seen by Dr. Femi Popoola. I truly appreciate the effort made to resolve the issue and ensure he received care. I am grateful that the office acknowledged the scheduling difficulties and phone communication problems and is taking steps to improve both the scheduling process and front desk etiquette. That level of accountability means a lot to patients who are simply trying to access care. Thank you for working with us and for making the situation right. We hope future patients will benefit from the improvements being put in place. Previous Review: "I wish I could give this place negative stars. This review is based entirely on the scheduling and front desk experience — we never even got the chance to see a physician. This was the second time I scheduled an appointment for my husband. The first appointment was canceled without a phone call; they only sent an email. After that, I spent about 20 minutes on the phone to reschedule and was finally able to book an in-person visit at a location much farther from us. It was inconvenient, but we were willing to do it so he could be seen. Then, the day before the appointment, about 10–15 minutes before the office closed, they left a voicemail canceling it. Not only that, they also scheduled an 8:00 AM appointment at the Westover Hills location without our knowledge. We were completely confused about what was going on. I would save your time and look elsewhere. It should not be this difficult to simply attend a scheduled appointment. The only person who showed any competence was Josh, the office manager — but even he was unable to get my husband seen. We will not recommend this place until the scheduling process is improved."
Dr Taiwo Okubanjo has helped me some much. He’s put me on the correct medication and is genuinely concerned for my well being. He’s given me direction and advice on how to avoid certain triggers. I thank God I found him..
I’ve only had great experiences with Graceland. My provider, Taiwo, has consistently provided amazing treatment. I appreciate how easy it is to schedule an appointment with them and not having to wait weeks or even months to speak with a provider. Great services!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
