Made me waste my time coming to an appointment at 4pm. When I got there the receptionist said everyone was already gone for the day. Said my appointment was at 2:30 but I made the appointment for 4pm. They even sent me a confirmation message that it was at 4pm.

I would recommend this dental office to anyone I know. The both my kids get seen here (both on the autism spectrum) and I’ve never seen a staff be so patient and accommodating. Truly a great experience everytime.

Worst dental service I’ve ever received or I should say a lack thereof. Each attempt at scheduling my daughter’s appointment has come with excuse after excuse, although I’ve already paid out of pocket FOR HER WHITE COMPOSITE CROWN. She was never called back for a follow appointment. I never received my money back. Whenever I call they tell me they don’t have a dentist at that time.

My experience was not great first of all just cuz my daughter receives Medicaid doesn't mean you can start putting out teeth just cuz you want to charge up the bill and 2nd I was referred to this office to get her cavities filled in. her original dentist doctor said nothing about a tooth being pulled out because it's a baby tooth and said her baby tooth would fall out on its own so no need to pull it And keep in mind that my child had no problem or any kind of pain what this baby tooth that they were trying to get taken out so I feel like they were just trying to get extra work done when it didn't have to be done I let them know that I didn't want them to pull out any teeth and just do the work that I was referred over there to do which was to fill in her cavities so he refused to do work unless he pulled her tooth out andat the point I got up and left I would never take my child there again
