They are just horrible here and the wait time is beyond ridiculous.

Now I know why they have only 2.5 stars. Just called to this place asking for insurance information about whether or not they were in network. The lady on the phone was so short and rude to the point that I told her she was being rude and she muttered nothing back to me. Not even I'm sorry I wasn't trying to be rude. She just doesn't need to answer phones if her people skills are that limited she can't carry a business oriented conversation!!!PSWe went to Baptist M&S ImagingThey were more adult on the phone.
