Never have been better taken care of than I have in this hospital nurses and techs are just fantastic and very caring

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. All questions were answered and everything that was going on for my surgery was explained beforehand.

The staff was outstanding from start to finish. They were so pleasant and helpful. The hospital was clean and organized. I feared going into the any hospital with today’s current issues but was there and seeing it for myself I felt at ease. Thank you all

I took my son because he had high fever for 2 days in a row they did a COVID test and Respiratory test panel and they told me the results would be ready in 46hours we went home and I called after 4 hours and told me to call in about to hours I called again after 2 hours they told me they didnt have the results yet to call in the morning the following day I called the next day at 9am and told me they didnt have them that they must of missed place the nose swab so we didnt end up getting the results. We were there at the hospital for over 3 hours the day we took him for nothing because they lost the test swab.

Worst experience ever currently going through a law suit with them. It’s very disappointing when you put trust in a hospital and their staff and they let you down.

Nurses treated me like a problem not a patient or even a person. I was in pain from an acute disease along with chronic pain that just came for the ride. The nurses were all very young 20’s30’s and didn’t seem to have a grasp on taking care of a “whole” person. They would make remarks andor”suggestions on how I should handle my pain when and scoff if I asked for it anyway. I’d been in pain trying to handle my disease process for a few weeks but ended up in with emergency surgery. The nurse manager came in a few times to ask how things were going. She didn’t seem to care as she asked no follow up questions or even the names of one particular nurse that was in serious need of remedial training. I don’t know about the rest of the hospital but 5th floor north I would stay away from.

I was highly disappointed with this hospital. While most of the nurses are wonderful the lack of organization and logistics is an absolute nightmare. I was there for 10 days total and was left in a hospital gown after I vomited on it for hours left without pain medication for 4 hours after 2 surgeries because the nurse was waiting on the doctors approval. They also took me off meds with no heads up told me I needed to take the oral ones even though I couldn’t even drink water without throwing up. I realized I had no choice so I took the oral meds and immediately threw them up I had stomach surgery so this was extremely painful. I waited hours to be discharged and realized they left one of my IV’s in still. I could go on and on but this was hands down the worst experience of my life and not just due to the pain of the surgeries. You couldn’t pay me to go back here.

I had excellent attentive care on my stay both before and after my back surgery.

Our experience with their NICU was amazing. We adopted our daughter after she had been in NICU there for 3 months with no visitors. The nurses and staff literally bought clothes out of their own pockets for her because she wouldve had nothing. By the time we found out about her and arrived we could barely fit all the items theyd donated into our suitcases to get home
