List of Hca Healthcare's Reviews
My 4 year old daughter had an elbow injury this past Saturday Nursesmaid Elbow. I decided to first take her to Texas Med clinic big mistake where they made her elbow worse. The physician at that time thought she put it back in place but we could not get Xrays to verify. Sunday morning my daughter still could not move her arm. She was crying and crying so I decided to take her to Methodist Children’s. As soon as I arrived I gave triage basic information and within minutes a doctor and NP came out and inspected my daughters arm. Dr. Silverman put it back in place in a second He was amazing and my daughter wasn’t screaming. No Xrays wee necessary. We were there a total of 30 minutes. Staff here are truly one of a kind. By far the best experience I have ever had. Especially since it’s an ER and I was expecting to be there for hours. I cannot thank the team enough for their compassion and efficiency.
Let me preface this by saying I rarely write positive reviews but people need to know about our experience My daughter came in recently with sepsis from a uti the ENTIRE nursing staff on the 3rd floor is absolutely amazing We were well taken care of the whole 5 days we spent there My daughter felt the love from the staff and the doctor was on point making sure she covered all bases Nurses Allison and Briana were just a few of the ones that made our stay excellent I only wish that if I ever have an issue that I could have this kind of treatment on the adult side Thank you so much for everything y’all do I appreciate each and every one of you
Only thing they are good for is their equipment. There are a handful of great nurses. The rest 🥴
Last week my family endured a medical crisis at Seaworld with my 10year old daughter. She had a heart attack during a rollercoaster ride. The staff Doctors Nursing in ER PICU and ultimately the Cardiac Floor were absolutely amazing. I mean... SO amazing. Dr. Bush’s bedside manner explanations and the time he took to explain what happened our possible diagnosis in the future and our options is very rare. Nothing text book about him. He his humble and CURIOUS and when you are working with the unknown and a universe full of maybes.. this is what you want. A doctor that is curious and humble and the staff that follow those same guidelines. I will be honest and say at first I was not trusting being from out of town but now I am willing to make the drive for follow ups because of the trust I have in him the nursing staff and hospital because the care we received is rare. 5stars all the way around.. and... if you were at Seaworld that day and were there helping my daughter say alive... please reach out.
My niece 3 years old is a leukemia patient. Went to this hospital yesterday because she has been having alot of extraordinary pain. Doctors said she had backed stool in her body. Doctor comes out to say to my sister that baby needs to lay off the refried beans. Both parents are Mexican American. My niece does not eat refried beans. My problem is that this sounded very very racial prejudice without asking what my niece regularly eats. Doctor of course was white. Does anyone else have a problem with what he assumed ?
My 2 year old son today had his first surgery ever today I spent my 2 hours waiting in prep listening to the head nurse in pediatrics in curtain next to me drop f bombs about a patient showing up late and making remarks about going to try to charge the family for the bed despite not using it. I coughed very loudly because I thought maybe she did not know my whole family was in the curtain next to her viscously slandering this families name loudly their Covid testing why they were late and mocking other employees on the phone regarding beds after she had hung up. She was an absolute bully to anyone near her and it terrified my son and another little girl who was having her gallbladder removed across from me. I was completely blown away at the acceptance of this being a okay thing at a “Methodist” hospital. Not even 30 mins later while my doctor is finally talking to me about my sons procedure this employee was even louder saying “fcling parents” and what “bllshit” the floor under them was whole making mocking noises of another nurse. It was to point I could not hear my doctor telling me about my sons procedure while standing literally 4 feet in front of me and I had to ask her to repeat things over this profanity behind us only brought on by a employee and none else. It made every parent this morning uncomfortable and I was terrified for my son to wake up from his surgery and he in the care of this woman and how cold and unprofessional she was I could not believe I was stressed about not just my sons surgery but fear that this individual was recklessly so openly cruel about people and disrespectful that she may neglect my son. I understand people having a bad day I have worked in the medical field myself but at some point your main concern needs to be the current patients literally a curtain next to you respecting them and acknowledging their lives matter. Beyond cruel and HIPPA violations bullying employees and so bluntly with no shame I have never witnessed such unprofessional in a pediatrics yet alone “Methodist” hospital. Besides that thankfully my doctor and nurses that weren’t her or working with her helped my son today. I feel bad for any parent who has had to deal with her or is going to today. Kids should not have to be in fear while awaiting surgery due to a employee.
I have a broken knee cap and was told I have little pieces of bone shattered throughout my knee and the doctor told me it’s not a priority to have surgery and said it will probably be weeks in order for me to get surgery to fix my knee but continued to say if they decide I need surgery and most likely they will tell me it will heal on it’s own. I am in so much pain and they are trying to send me home after I told them I am not able to shower or use the restroom or really do any daily activities because the pain overwhelmed me I have two kids and live alone I have no help and that is what I told him but they don’t seem to care that I can’t take care of my self and I am concerned for my safety if I was sent home. THEY TOLD ME MY KNEE WAS FINE AND MY SURGERY WAS NOT A PRIORITY FOR THEM My knee got worse in just one day
Stop lying committing medical fraud and feeding lines of bs about covid policies and how youre protecting patients while simultaneously having 5 different valets put their hands all over visitors vehicles.
Excellent Doctors and staff especially Tanwa Lawalnurse on 6 central ....
The doctors and nursing staff are the absolute best. I wont go to any other health care facility 💗

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
