It was the worst thing I ever had to experience. I was ignored, wasnt allowed to speak to someone in charge. Kept getting drug addicts and people who didn't want to do their job. I needed the help and kept having to depend on my family for help. Even though the person would clock in late everyday or not even show up. Nothing was investigated so I ended up changing services for the better. I think their employees need to be drug tested.

If I could give them a negative number it would be -100. They have absolutely no concern for the patients and/or what their obligation is as far as giving services to people who have been authorized by The State of Texas. They are completely unprofessional. They do not return calls until a time that is convenient for them then have many lame excuses for the delay. I don’t know how they get accredited but whatever agency it is, they need to be seriously investigated. If this is how they treat their clients who are able to speak for themselves, how are they treating those that can’t? If you care at all for a loved one, DO NOT choose this agency.
