Homecare Dimensions's Online Review Report Card

Heather was my mom's wound care nurse 2X. Both times she disregarded my mother's painful cries as a result of Heather's lack of compassion and carelessness. On other occasions, the nice nurses proceeded with the debridement process without checking her glucose first which was dangerously high. What they did was, create a bigger wound that would never heal because of her high sugar. Turns out, she also had blood clots that were impeding the healing process but they were never going to find that out in the manner they operate. This company's reviews are already so low, I don't know what to expect after my review.

I only give 1 star because 0 stars in not an option they are rude and have a flawed policy about dogs... mine are like my children and are treated as such. They make me lock them in the 🥵 heat because they are afraid so I'm forced to mistreat them to accommodate my elderly dad getting the treatment he needs. I'm Not a happy camper

At 1st, they call each month to see 👀 if you need supplies. And then it stops ✋🏻. And I can't get in touch with them. 😱 Forget these people! I'm going to see 👁 who my PCP recommends.

The low marks are truly warranted for this organization. I am an Insurance Agent assisting my client in tracking down the warranty information for a Wheelchair, which she received approximately 9 months ago. This company exited from the sale of Durable Medical Equipment, a few months ago, and cannot provide the sales history for something which occurred 9 months ago. I checked the BBB website to see if others received a similiar level of service. As of 08/28/2023, the BBB site shows an average rating score of 1.12 outof 5, that from 1121 reviews of this company. Reviews do matter, research before you buy anything.

If I could give this place lower than a one I would. My mom almost died under their lack of care. She was revived by EMS who were appalled by the fact that their nurse didn’t check her blood sugar and give an immediate response to her going into diabetic shock. Stay far away from this company if you care for your loved one at all. This was a rookie mistake by an RN that almost took my mom’s life for no reason at all. Vice-president called me over a week later, for what? Litigation already in place.

Don't care about patients needs

Can't believe this place, I was appalled at their lack of interest in making sure my Brother's Wounds were treated daily. It didn't seem like a big deal to the Nursing Staff, I guess they are/were Nurses. The first Visit they missed was according to them "we don't have the Supplies", and no one went to buy any either. The next 2 Missed Visits, were according to them, "We only had 6 Visits", really, 2 opened Wounds, imagine that! You would think since it was a Friday and Saturday, someone would have suggested he go into the Walkin Wellmed Clinic, they didn't. I took him to the Clinic, Saturday to get his Wound Care done by the NP. The NP called the Agency to try and find out what in the world was going on. Well the NP Reviewed his Chart and noted orders had been written on the 8th to continue Home Visits. It seems they were clueless!

One star was the lowest I could give. DO NOT hire the company. My husband was sent home from University hospital in SA and nurses from Dimensions were to go clean his trach and monitor his oxygen levels twice a day. We went 2 days with no one ever showing up!! My husband's trach got clogged up and he wound up passing out at home due to the lack of oxygen he was receiving. He is now hospitalized AGAIN due to this companies negligence.

Not good, don't know what they are doing. Someone came to set up my cpap, AirSense11, and there was no sd card. Since this was a new machine, and I had had a previous cpap, I thought the sd card was already in the machine. I get to the doctor's office for my follow up appointment, thinking I have the sd card, but it was the cover. The doctor's office had to give me an sd card they had, and they couldn't check my data. I would NOT recommend this company. They also tried to charge me for cpap supplies I didn't receive.
