Been coming here with my 8 year old daughter since she was 3 had her lip tie fixed and been coming since now I bring my 15 month old as well they have been great with both kids I definitely would recommend Imagine dental to anyone for children

Just want to ensure my last 1 star is effective... Didnt see a drop in rating so just here to ensure the stats actually work and are not rigged. Horrible experience.

1st appointment they stated that my kids sealant would be covered by insurance. 5 minutes later they come back to tell me it wont be covered and will be $40 a tooth. Asked do I want to proceed. I said, sure. $120 out of pocket. My son had 2 appointments set. 1 appointment for one side of mouth and the 2nd for the other side. On the day of my sons first appointment to have dental work done, they started on the wrong side. The Dentist started on the wrong side. He had a "hot tooth" (infection) on this side and the laughing gas nor thr numbing was not working at a certain point in the procedure. Did they stop? No. Should they have identified the hot tooth during the very first appointment? Yes. So that they could give him a set of antibiotics before coming in. Hoping the infection did not spread... The dentist maxed out on the amount of numbing that could be given and my son was in pain and crying. Never stopped. Kept going. During the procedure they seemed unorganized and not prepared as the assistant had to keep leaving to get stuff.... Then they charged me an additional $16 because they started on wrong side which I suppose was a tad more than the other side. Canceled 2nd appointment for the other side. Will find a new dentist. Oh wait! My son will probably be terrified of dental work now due! So who knows now! 0 Stars. Think the dentist may have been an intern.

Love this place. Best dentist office I’ve been too to take my daughter. She loves it the atmosphere is great also the employees and the dentist are awesome at what they do. Highly recommend!

Brought my son to this dentist after multiple bad experiences with other dentist! I am super glad I made the move. They communicate well and always answer my questions and take care of my son! I will be bringing all my kids here!

Completely satisfied with our initial visit. My kids loved the experience and were able to complete the entire appointment without overstimulation. We are definitely coming back. Mrs. Susan is a great dental technician.
