I recently had a DXA Scan with Dr. Christian at Inside Outside wellness. It was an easy procedure that took about 3 minutes, but the information session he provided after was truly valuable. The 5 page report we took home is such a helpful tool as well. Priceless, really! Dr. Christian is a retired heart surgeon of 45 years, so he truly has a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the body! The appointment was extremely easy to make: I went to the website texted the number provided , and received a response almost immediately. This was on a Friday. We were scheduled for 11:15 the next day. Because we went on a Saturday, parking was free (a nice plus, since so many office complexes in the medical center have pay-to-park lots). I appreciate that they accept FSAs/HSAs (you just need to ask to see if yours is on their approved list) and the price for this particular service is an AMAZING value. ($80) Other places have popped up as of late, offering the same scans at a higher price point but with considerably less knowledgebqnd expertise. Although we only had our DXA scans done, there are numerous other wellness services provided, and the facility even includes a gym for workouts. Also, if you're an art lover like me, you'll appreciate the beautiful collection that adorns the office walls!

I believe either the doctor made a mistake at some point or the machine is calibrated poorly. I was shown to have 22% body fat over all and Noone in their 20% look remotely close to my body comp. Based off pictures of similarly looking people I'm likely sitting at 30-35%. Maybe the margin of error is vastly higher at larger body fat, but I got the dexa scan to get a base line for weight loss and feel like I walked away with incorrect info. With all the comments the doctor was making about how big i was (it was passively rude, but I dealt with it) I'm surprised the 22% didn't raise any red flags.

Dr. Christian is amazing! He is thorough, honest, and knowledgeable. He does the BEST job at Botox! Highly recommend! He even has appointments on Sundays. I learn something new every time I have an appointment. He is such a great educator!

Dr Christian and his staff are the best! I've been receiving cosmetic treatments here for years and am always pleased with the results. Staff are friendly, welcoming and I am able to get appointments same day if needed. I will continue to see Dr Christian and refer friends/ clients and family.

Dr. Christian and his staff are so darn nice. The office feels so calm and comforting as you walk in. I've never had more than a 5 min wait and I always feel welcome. Procedures are done well and without feeling rushed but not long and drawn out. Hope Dr Christian is around for a very long time

I have been going to Dr. Christian for Botox for a few years now. He knows exactly how many units I need to achieve the look I want. He won’t give me units I don’t need. He is ethical! As long as I am in San Antonio, I will never go with anyone else

The most deserving 5 Star review of 2023 thus far. I reckon it'll be the most deserving all year. Dr, Christian was vastly knowledgeable and extremely professional yet personable. I came in for a baseline Dexa scan and despite his decades of expertise he took the time to explain everything patiently and in terms he made sure I'd understand. The office was warm, welcoming and smelled great. I arrived early as instructed to square away paperwork. I received an introductory PowerPoint that was concise and informative. After the scan I got a break down of the results with ZERO attempts to upsell additional services. That's right: no pressure, no strings results. Imagine that. Unheard of. I was so impressed with Dr. Christian that I've already begun to schedule my 3 & 6month follow up scans. I am very pleased and grateful.
