I reached out to the clinic with a billing issue I had. The office manager, Ola, went above and beyond my expectations in helping me to resolve it. It is rare these days to experience such professionalism of the kind that Ola displayed, and I cannot express highly enough how satisfied I was with the help I received.

So, today was my first day meeting Rosa from the gate go. She was very kind. Very sweet, very professional, and immediately. I knew she genuinely cared. I was at the store at the time since we were on FaceTime. She asked if there was a quiet place, I can go, so I told her I’d go to my truck since it’s a hot day. She was worried that it was too hot, and she don’t want me to get overwhelmed in the heat. So immediately she showed that she cared about me and she was genuinely worried so we spoke and I can’t say enough about her. Like I said. Today is the first day that we met and immediately we had a connection and I think that’s important. I’m very happy. And I look forward to what the future Hs for me, but the help of Rosa. I’m very grateful and thankful. And if you’re thinking about it, make the CALL or mental health is very important and we deserve to live a Happy life.

Patient beware! This place is a joke. I had a phone consultation with someone there 3 years ago, who wasn't able to help me at all. I have insurance that obviously covered the phone consultation. These places won't talk to people unless they're sure your insurance will pay. So out of the blue today this place is claiming I owe a bill for $184 for a 2023 phone call. I've never received a bill or heard anything about it until today. The billing isn't the only issue. They're supposed to be specialists. I was referred by my then PCP. The conditions I've been diagnosed with by an actual psychiatrist, they do not treat with anything that my PCP couldn't write a prescription for. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
