Dr Jackson and his medical team are wonderful! Dr Jackson is friendly, intelligent, compassionate and patient with me when I ask questions. He answers simply and honestly and puts me at ease every time. Post procedure, he explains his findings and gives me instructions on the next step or puts me at ease and says everything is ok. His outpatient facility is great. The staff is helpful. Days after my procedure, his staff is calling me to see how I am doing. Post care includes a direct call from his staff to see if there were any negative side effects, fever, nausea etc. I like that it makes me feel like they care about my wellbeing after I've been released. I like Dr Jackson and I feel like he remembers me as a previous patient.

I have been with Dr. Jackson for years he is a wonderful man. He doesn’t run test or prescribe medication unnecessarily. He explains everything in terms you can understand and takes him answering all of your questions. In my opinion a doctor is only as good as their support staff and his staff is great. They answer the phone and if you have to leave a message they call you back in a timely manor. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jackson and his staff.

I was told that this would be coded as preventive meaning I would pay zero. The coded not preventive and now have bill over $1,000

Dr. Jackson is my HERO - he saved my life. In the beginning of Covid, November 2020 I was having gastro problems and thought it was my gallbladder due to family history. It wasn't. After he ordered a series of tests, he called me urgently and said he thought I had pancreatic cancer. He put a full care plan together of what will happen in the next week (get to hospital by 2 p.m. that day, next day have procedure, meet oncology team while in hospital, go home & recover, back to outpatient for chemo port procedure, start chemo the next week). What?? It was overwhelming but I so blessed to have such a caring and connected doctor to get through all that was needed to confirm the diagnosis (yes, stage IV pancreatic cancer) and get into treatment immediately. He was honest that it would be the most difficult year of my life, and it has been. But if it wasn't for his concern, care and dedication to getting me to the right doctors immediately, I wouldn't be here today. I am blessed to have him in my life and am grateful for every day. Surgery was done in a professional manner. On time and gave a good explanation of how things went.

Everything went great not alot of unrelated conversations straight to the point. Found some cancer refered an oncologist and followed me through the process now im cancer free.

Dr. Jackson has performed several procedures on me. My anxiety is super high until Dr. Jackson walks in. His calm demeanor and soothing voice is the antidote to my nervous feelings. Dr. Jackson is my doc for any stomach issues

I have had UC for the majority of my life. After locating to San Antonio, it was imperative that I find the very best gastroenterologist.. Dr. Jackson is that doctor. From my first office visit, as well as subsequent visits and multiple colonoscopy procedures, I was impressed with the efficiency of his office. Dr. Jackson is extremely knowledgeable. In addition to his skills in performing procedures, Dr. Jackson is caring and compassionate. He explains protocols and diagnostic information, answers my questions, and listens to all my concerns. I never feel rushed during my visits. Dr. Jackson demonstrates genuine concern for my overall health and well being. For these reasons, I highly recommend Dr. Jackson.

This was my 4th colonoscopy with Dr. Jackson over the years. He is always thorough, caring, and personable.

I have been seeing to Dr. Jackson for about 15 years. I have appreciated his caring attitude as he listens to my concerns and offer the best path to take in solving my issues. He put my mind at ease when I went for my first colonoscope. When it was time to have my 2nd one done this year, I told my sister about him and we both had it done on the same day. I always feel I am in good hands.
