Dr Rutstein is competent and personable. She takes time to listen, assess, and provide options. I feel confident with her advice, and I think she is a good physician. Her nursing team are responsive, skilled, and also personable.

Every time I have an appointment with Doctor Rutstein; I am treated very well during my check in time and her assistant is very polite and professional during my check into Dr. Rutstein’s office. During my visit Dr. Rutstein took care of nail problems. She is very courteous and professional while performing her duties. I highly would recommend her to my friends or anyone requiring assistance with their foot problems. I am quite pleased with her service. P.S. Dr Rutstein is always prompt during my schedule appointments; I’m highly satisfied with her service.

This is my second visit with Dr. Rutstein. Dr. Rutstein initially considered that I had plantar faciitis and ordered an ultrasound. The ultrasound was vague but lead her to believe I may have a tear and has me following up with an MRI. I like how she didn’t make a diagnosis without confirmation and doesnt want me to be misdiagnosed. She seems very thorough and she is very interested in getting the best results for me. She also seems very busy, however, she gave me enough time with her to help me understand what is going on and answered my questions. Her staff is also a “well oiled machine-from the front desk to the checkout, I was well attended to. Dr. Rutstein has several offices where she practices. I have been to two, one near 281 and 1604 and the other at the medical center, both are very nice facilities but a bit of a walk if you have issues.
