Dr. Case is the consummate professional. He is empathetic and knowledgeable about remedies and solutions.

Been going to Dr. Case for many years. I am very happy with him & his staff. Strongly recommend him.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Case since July of 2020. His staff (Tina) never returned a phone call within the 3 business days she said she would on every occasion except one (after I complained about the lack of communication)The procedure that we had discussed last summer finally was to be performed. The operation was scheduled. Well, they bumped my procedure back a couple more weeks and just like that... they are no longer in my network.You can’t tell me they didn’t know that time was running out on their contract. It shouldn’t be legal to string me along for 8 months like this with zero care.

Competent, attentive, amiable, get-down-to-business oriented. Explained my treatment and procedures but not it's likelihood of success. You need to ask details to get answers. Example, "What do I do if there's a problem or question after hours."

There’s no sense of urgency at this medical group abd tgey will not return calls. I’ve been trying to schedule surgery for 4 days for a very large kidney stone. I have called numerous times and left 5 messages still no one has called me back. Eventhough the size of my stone makes it unlikely it will pass on its own they just leave me hanging. I’ve heard from others who have told me similar stories of the same treatment. Sadly there aren’t many other options for Urology in San Antonio or I would have gone elsewhere, I may just drive to Austin.

For the last appointment all my numbers and data were fine. Dr. Case said in the future we could do an expedited appointment. We talked some about the virus situation. Pleasant to have spare time to talk to a doctor.

Dr. Case is remarkably knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend him.

My experience with Dr Case and Urology of San Antonio has been and continues to be exemplary. While being examined for possible reoccurrence of Prostate cancer all potential treatments were openly discussed and the appropriate tests were performed promptly. I did not have to wait for symptoms to appear or dramatic spikes in PSA. They're great people doing a great job, at all levels of staff!

I’ve seen Dr. Case for over 10 years. Unlike many doctors I’ve came into contact with, he takes his time to explain the diagnosis, available treatment options and the progress I’ve made over time. Additionally, the front office procedures are seamless now, easy visit every time. Fully recommend.

Dr. Case is compassionate, knowledgable and exemplifies professionalism. A league above my former San Antonio area urologist. Dr. Case was quick to change my medication when it was found it interfered with another health issue that had arose. He assured me it would render the same results. No problems.I trust Dr. Case and the entire staff.
