Wait time was just over an past my appointment time. Staff was professional and informative.

My Wife recently had a procedure done there. Amazing and helpful staff, very clean. Dr Cavazos and his staff are very thorough, and did everything they could to accommodate my wife's needs.

Dr. Cavazos is such a compassionate and caring person. He listens and explains my options for treatment. I moved out of town, but still come in to San Antonio for my appointments. The best ever and I highly recommend him for your needs.

Dr. Cavazos is a great doctor with a very pleasant bedside manner.

The Waiting room was extremely full upon arrival but the process was very efficient and thorough. I appreciate the personal service in spite of the high volume of patients. The doctor gave me a very thorough follow up following the procedure.

Dr. Cavazos possesses extensive intellectual acumen and mastery of gastrointestinal clinical issues. He is a great listener and he has an exceptionally inquisitive mind which allows him to readily make an appropriate diagnosis upon analyzing the symptoms and the lab results. His attention to detail and compassion for his patient’s well being are the cornerstones of his unprecedented success in his field of endeavor. Since I have been his patient for the past few years, I can testify without any reservation that beyond his prolific medical accomplishments, Dr. Cavazos takes his Hippocratic oath seriously in that he is compassionate and he exhibits a sincere empathy to his patients. He is calm and composed and he sets the bar very high for himself by pushing himself beyond the medical frontier. Through various conversations that I have had with him, I have noticed that Dr. Cavazos is abreast of scientific and medical literature and implements the modern medical trends and findings in his medical practice. I have no doubt that Dr. Cavazos will continue to broaden his medical horizon, to make clinical breakthroughs and to contribute tremendously in the betterment of mankind. I can summarize my experience with him in one sentence, he is the great doctor that any patient would appreciate having during challenging times.

Friendly, soft spoken and made sure you were comfortable and made sure you understood your results. Would recommend to others.

I’m very disappointed with Dr. Jorge M Cavazos staff… very unprofessional. I saw the Dr Jorge M Cavazos months ago and he ordered me some kind of blood tests and I couldn’t do it before so now .. my endoscopy was done and I’ve been calling to the clinic to get an appointment to my blood tests that Dr. ordered …but … my fiancé called Dr. clinic to make me appointment … and first: one man named Cristian answered to my fiancé and said someone will call us back due to the time.. because maybe the Dr will ask newly since the first one test again.. ok.. anybody call us back.. my fiancé called again and someone named Alicia or Elisha ..said the same and “anybody “ call us back.. I’ve called 2 times and a lady named “Leslie” .. I asked for the extension to talk with someone because I forgot the phone extension and nurse name who could make my appointment but Leslie told me she couldn’t give me the extension and name of the secretary of the Dr office inside and told me someone call me back and “anybody “ didn’t again… this morning I called and Leslie answered the phone and I told her that I found the Dr Jorge Cavazos sheet tests order and found the name of “Natali” .. Natali was the name of the nurse and her extension was written in the sheet I found to make my appointment when I’m ready.. and I said Leslie that I’ve felt pain in my liver and need to know what happen because I’ve called 4 or 5 times and anybody have given any call back and I need to see Dr Cavazos and I need them to give me solution because it can’t be at this time that they have been told me that “someone” will call me back and “nathing “! .. so Leslie put me on hold for a very long time and suddenly Leslie again and told me “anybody answered inside”( the nurse’s extension). Very bad service! I was upset and only I pray that any of you be in this situation.

Dr. Cavazos has a great and friendly bedside manner. Being put under anesthesia, I have no recollection of the procedure. What I really appreciate is the punctuality. Everything happened on time as scheduled.

Such excellent service and such personal attention. Everyone is so attentive to your needs. And up to date with medical information.
