Keith Beck's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Beck was not helpful to us. My husband was a patient there and was seen for his Back pain, they got the X-ray wrong. Dr. Beck would not call the ER to inform them his patient was on his way via ambulance, Just because, no reason. Would not call to follow up on his patient not once. After Hospital discharge, my husband was visiting a PA instead of Dr. Beck on his follow up. WOW just wow! there was no compassion. Go somewhere else.

Waited for over one hour for an appointment. I kept asking the staff about the doctor status and they kept saying that we were next. First the staff said that he wasn’t running late but then he was running late. I refused to wait over one hour for a Doctor. We walked off the building without seen Dr. Beck.

All you people complaining about Dr. Beck are so full of it. He is a wonderful doctor and the staff is not rude. It's probably all of you that feel entitled bunch of .... " Karens" get over it. Dr. Beck you are awesome and so is your staff.

Dr Keith Beck is amazing. However the staff is not. Friendly yes. Doing their job in a timely manner not so much. Especially Lillian. The woman who does referrals. I am having surgery tomorrow and found out half an hour ago that Tricare is denying the surgery. They are my secondary ins. Dealing with their "referral Coordinator" is impossible to get ahold of. I have had referrals not be put thru. I am finally after one year of tremendous pain having surgery. Been on hold now for twenty mins. Left message. ANOTHER one for Lillian.

I don’t understand the poor reviews . Dr Beck was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and pleasant. I am going to keep him as my primary care provider. He knew a great deal about medications, side effects, manufacturing, and whether it would be a good idea to try.

***PSA to women, please rethink seeing this doctor. I was extremely uncomfortable being in the same room with him throughout the entirety of my appointment. To say I was creeped out would be an understatement.

I called today Thursday the 18th day of November, 2021 and lady who schedules appointments listen to me and heard the urgency in my voice. So Andrade im probably totally spelling this wrong but she got me into today because of my urgency and on zoom which I needed as well so I just wanted to say thank you to her for her urgency and caring. I recommend this place even though there maybe some draw backs because of the amount of people who use this group of Doctors I am very pleased with them at this time.

I lived in five countries includingI lived in five countries including my home in the US my home in the US. I've never had a I've never had a doctor as experienced caring will well informed as Doctor as dr. Beck. I am his I am his patient but it's a pleasure but it's a pleasure having him as my having him as my doctor I will not I will not have any other have any other doctor unless unless referred to by Dr.Beck.

Be very careful completing paperwork at this office. My opinion is this office is guilty of very deceitful and unethical practices. I feel this office takes unfair advantages of patients. Do not sign a waiver. Buyer beware!
