Was told I had to reschedule. It’s Friday and from the looks of the front desk office I could tell they didn’t want to work and leave at scheduled time. Took the day off for my daughter and now I lost a day of work. Front desk seems very unprofessional. And place looks very dirty. Taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. Rotter is amazing. My daughter has autism and doesn't do well with doctors but he is so patient and amazing with her even on her bad days!

As a former patient, a child, I did not realize how easy and painless it could be to get my teeth fixed until I moved to another dental office. I feel this office skips over, ensuring the child is unable to feel pain during an operation. I feel this is because tradition is all too well to improve or implement change. For parents who care what their child feels, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Contrary to the operation side, the desk, quality, and service are great.

Been taking my daughter here since her very first dentist appointment, and now she's 10. The staff is very friendly and always have good experience with the whole appointment. Never have to wait a long time to be seen. We enjoy our time and recommend going.

I absolutely love Dr. Rotter and his team. My daughter gets a bit anxious at the dentist and the assistants and Dr. Rotter are always able to put her at ease. He is very kind and the office is always very clean and well kept.

Friendly office staff and Dr. Rotter is great. My child has Autism and Sensory Processing Disorder and he works great with her even when she is having a hard time. Thank you for being so caring and understanding.
