I had a great experience at Laser Derm Med Spa! The team treated my face and I am really happy with the results. The space feels calm and relaxing, and Maya does an amazing job engaging with you and making you feel comfortable throughout the process. Their prices are very reasonable, and they truly do their best to accommodate your needs. I definitely recommend them!

I recently had a treatment at LaserDerm with their new staff member, Maya. She was so sweet, attentive, and professional — I felt comfortable and well cared for the entire time. Maya explained everything clearly, made sure I was at ease, and truly went above and beyond. Her manager, Flor, was also extremely knowledgeable and caring. Together they make a wonderful team.🥰 Highly recommend LaserDerm!

Tried to schedule here TWICE. the first time they canceled on me it was a day before my service and Flor sent a lengthy message about how her technician had quit. I was understanding and rescheduled after my vacation. The second time I rescheduled I showed up to my appointment on time and waited in the lobby for 10 minutes. Flor comes out and gives me another lengthy excuse about how the technician called in sick. I drove 35 minutes to this location and my appt was at 11 am. I was upset that they couldn’t reach out to me and cancel before hand, especially because when you sign paperwork, they have a 24 hr. cancellation policy and a “be on time” policy. Obviously it doesn’t apply to them. And instead of just apologizing, Flor kept cutting me off and kept making excuses. Needless to say, I’m going to find a more considerate place.

Flor is the MOST unprofessional person I’ve ever come across. Do not come here. She stopped servicing after charging a package for multiple laser rounds. She treats her customers HORRIBLY. Stay away from this place. Do not trust her packages she will cheat you out of your money. If you book an appointment and try to cancel before the 24 hour period on the scheduler it won’t let you. So they can charge. Complete and total sham. She also doesn’t pay her employees. Whatever good reviews you see here are probably paid off. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
