I called for information regarding paycheck stubs as well as verification of employment and she went above and beyond with assisting me and making sure my requests were met. For the most part we have been happy with their services. Though there is one lady who I have interacted with several times on the phone who is extremely rude and unhelpful. There are others that are are very friendly and helpful. The people who verify times are quick to help out. I do recommend the agency - just hope you don’t get the one lady who answers the phone rudely. I am a client.

This experience has been amazing working with Legacy Home Health Agency. They were kind, helpful, very informative and super excited to help me with all my concerns and needs. They gave me snacks and water while I waited in their very comfortable waiting room. And Veronica the front desk clerk even went out of her way to make me some coffe

I would not recommend this place. The providers had nasty attitudes. And they also acted like they didn't want to help me at all and they would whine and moan about pushing me in my wheelchair. I tried to be polite and kind but their attitudes were just unacceptable. And they just acted like I was an inconvenience to them. And one provider falsely reported me and that resulted in me getting provider services suspended. I don't understand why people can't treat someone in a wheelchair with respect. The attitudes disgust me.

I am very pleased with some of the staff. Jason is always ready to attend to u. Great customer service. Easy beyond. Vianey is very cooperative, willing to help. Julie is very attentive. There basically doing there jobs. Although they might get busy. Bless the staff at legacy.
