Marina provided me with the best counseling in nutrition to reduce my obsession to restrict myself on certain foods that I thought could "affect" my health. I had a huge problem restricting myself with salt intake that sometimes I had a foggy mind. I also restricted myself to eat just plant-based by leaving myself sometimes very hungry at night. I became more self-aware on how to I eat (working on improving the way I eat) since I am a fast-eater/emotional eater which affected my digestion. Because Marina provided me with an excellent counseling for becoming this self-aware, I also improved my relationship with food, and feel happier when eating what my body needs or asks me for.

I highly recommend Marina and this is why. I started my process with her and decided to trust the process and I’m glad I did. She has showed me the importance of food and having a good relationship with it. Thanks to her I can eat without feeling guilty or thinking about calories. I’m constantly learning about my self and how to overcome my eating disorder. I feel so comfortable with her. If you are searching for a good nutritionist that is willing to help you she is the right one. My life has changed and I can’t wait for what is yet to come. Thank you Marina I appreciate you so much.
