The staff and procedure Gastroenterology of San Antonio were extremely professional and efficient. The prep went smooth and medical information and results were communicated clear and effectively. The clinic was clean and well organized and although undergoing medical procedures can be stressful, the staff worked effectively to ease concerns and anxiety.

I was kept informed of the procedure and processes from start to finish. Nurses and associates were polite, sincerely concerned for my well-being and made sure everything went according to plan and in a timely manner. Prior to the start of the procedure the anesthesiologist stopped by my bedside to confirm all relevant information to help him prepare for my sedation. Afterwards, Dr. Garza stopped by my bedside and gave me a summary of the procedure and results. The whole process was seamless and went smoothly reducing any anxiety and making me feel comfortable and in good hands.
